The main cave is Baoshi cave. It is named after the rich and colorful agate stone grains. There are many kinds of stalactites in the cave.

Baoshi cave is located in Panlong village, Sandan Town, Fumin County, 33 km away from Kunming. After arriving at Sandan Town, you have to abandon your car and walk for about 30 minutes to the foot of the mountain. You can climb the mountain for 10 minutes to reach Baoshi cave.

The total length of the cave group is about 2500 meters, with nine floors up and down. The head and tail are connected, and the underground river is murmuring and flowing. There is no wind, no rain, can avoid the heat and cold; here boulders tough, colorful, twists and turns long, I do not know the end, magic, unknown - full of temptation and charm. There are all the features of the "Karst" landform: Stone bud, karst ditch, stone forest, funnel, sinkhole, karst depression, Blind Valley, peak forest, a hall with a height of 10 feet to gather thousands of people, and a secret palace with cicadas and snakes. The most peculiar is the "Tiankeng". Looking up, you can see the sun passing through the hole of the zenith at noon. Looking down, you can see the abyss and immeasurable. You can feel the vast mind of nature. After passing through the cave, there is a canyon and a lawn, with no one to live in and farmland, similar to Tao Yuanming's paradise. The scenery will be panoramic.

One is from Dongfeng reservoir flowing through Houshan to the water cave of Xanadu. The other is from the lower cave of Baoshi cave. There is a trickle flowing out from the cave. The residents in the cave are rare domestic goldfish and bats. Thirdly, there is an underground Dragon Palace in Baoshi Cave Scenic Area. The water gushes from the ground all the year round. The water is clear, bright, cool and refreshing, which is comparable to the water in Kunming Heilong lake. Tourists can play in the water and enjoy the beautiful scenery given to us by nature.
