Songgu nunnery, formerly known as Songgu thatched cottage, was built in the Baoyou period of Song Dynasty (1253-1259 AD) and was founded by Zhang Yinfu, a Taoist of Songgu. During the Xuande period of the Ming Dynasty (1426-1435 AD), it was rebuilt and changed into a temple named Songgu nunnery. At that time, Luo rufen, the magistrate of Ningguo, wrote the word "East earth cloud mountain". There are many scenic spots and stone carvings all over the place.
After swimming through Songgu nunnery and heading for the North Haiqing Pavilion, you have to pass through three pavilions, called Yidao pavilions, Erdao pavilions and Sandao pavilions, with an altitude of more than 1000 meters. The scenic spots are mainly skillful stones. The famous stones include "fairy watching the sea", "fairy paving the road", "tiger carrying sheep", "Guan Gong blocking Cao", etc. "Guan Gong blocking Cao" is a famous landscape.
