Xiangjiaomen Bridge
Xiangjiaomen bridge is the second sea crossing bridge in the mainland Island connecting project of Zhoushan City. It crosses the waters of xiangjiaomen, connects Lidiao island and Fuyi Island, connects Cengang bridge in the southeast and Taoyaomen bridge in the northwest.
brief introduction
Xiangjiaomen bridge is the second sea crossing bridge of Zhoushan mainland Island connecting project, which was started in December 1999 and completed in April 2003. Xiangjiaomen bridge spans xiangjiaomen waterway, connecting Lidiao island and Fuchi Island, with a total length of 951 meters; the bridge deck is 22.5 meters wide, with two-way four lanes; the navigation grade is 500 tons, the navigation net height is 21 meters, and the navigation net width is 135 meters; the main bridge is a long-span prestressed concrete continuous box girder of 80 meters + 150 meters + 80 meters, and the approach bridge is a simply supported and then continuous prestressed concrete T girder.
Innovative technology
The xiangjiaomen channel, where the main span of xiangjiaomen bridge is located, has a water depth of more than 30 meters. The seabed overburden is very thin, and the tide velocity in the sea area is as high as 3 meters per second. Therefore, the traditional bored pile technology can not be used. Using the new technology of combining large-diameter steel pipe pile with bored pile technology, the builders have driven the steel casing with a diameter of 2.74 meters, and set up the drilling construction platform with the driven large-diameter steel casing, so that the bored pile has been successfully implemented.
