Guanyue Temple
It is a national key cultural relic protection unit and an ancient temple building in Qing Dynasty. Located in the north of Gulou West Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. In 1914, it was converted to Guan Yu and Yue Fei, so it was called Guan Yue Temple, also known as Wu Temple. Facing south and North, I enter the courtyard. In the front yard, there are slaughter Pavilion, God storehouse and God kitchen. In the back yard, there are main hall, back bedroom hall and East and West veranda hall. All use yellow glazed green to cut edge tile color. The main hall has double eaves on the top of the mountain, and the platform in front of the hall is spacious, which is a superior building in the late Qing Dynasty.

Beijing guanyue temple is located at 149 Gulou West Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. It used to be the seventh son of Emperor Daoguang. It was built in 1891 and completed in 1899. The temple faces south from the north and is divided into three courtyards, of which the central courtyard has East-West cross courtyards. The central axis is the glazed screen wall, the middle door, the outside is the eight character wall, and each side has a glazed door; there are silk burning furnaces in the East and sacrificial Pavilion in the west of the central courtyard; there are seven main halls, one platform in front of the hall, five East and five west side halls; there are five back bedrooms. The building area is about 3000 square meters. In 1914, the Beiyang government made statues of Guan Yu and Yue Fei in housi temple and worshipped Guan Yue, which is called Guan Yue Temple. In 1939, wuchengwang temple was restored. The main hall was renamed Wucheng hall. The former guanyue hall was changed into Wude hall. On the north, East and west walls of the hall are inlaid with stone carvings of 80 famous generals of the past dynasties who were worshipped and worshipped by Wu Chengwang. There are 16 existing stone carvings. In 1950, he was the Beijing Office of the Dalai Lama in Tibet, and now he is the Beijing Office of the people's Government of the Tibet Autonomous Region. It is a key cultural relic to be protected in Beijing.
On May 25, 2006, guanyue temple, as an ancient building of Qing Dynasty, was approved by the State Council to be listed in the Sixth Batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
