Liuduhe Village

Liuduhe village is located in the southeast of Bohai Town, 8 km away from the town government and 13 km away from Huairou city. The famous primitive tribal scenic spot is located in the village. The beautiful Huaisha river flows through the village. The total area of the village is about 4.78 square kilometers.

"The most beautiful village in Beijing" in 2009. On December 12, 2019, he was selected into the list of beautiful leisure villages in China in 2019.

On December 25, 2019, it was named national forest village.

Introduction to the village

The name of Liudu River also comes from the mother river. "Du" of Liudu river is not derived from "Du" of ferry, but as a verb, that is, crossing Huaisha river for the sixth time. Huaisha River shuttles through the mountain streams and follows the trend. Looking down from the sky, Huaisha river is like a silver snake shuttling through the valley, which may be the charm of mountain dancing silver snake. There is no name in the village, but more people have names. It is said that the ancestors of Liudu river had to cross liudao river with their children from koufou village to Liudu river village at that time, namely Guandu River, Erdu River, Sandu River, Sidu River and Wudu river. The river in front of the village was a total of six rivers, which was called "liudao River village". Because of the surge of the river in rainy season, it was difficult to cross the river, which means "crossing the river". Later, it gradually evolved into Liudu river village.

Liuduhe village of Bohai town is located in the northwest of Huairou City, 65 kilometers away from Beijing. Huaisha river is surrounded by mountains in front of our village, with beautiful ecological environment and rich tourism resources. The primitive tribal amusement park is in our village. There are more than 6000 mu mountain farms and 4000 mu chestnut trees in the village, with an average annual output of 500000 Jin of chestnut. In 2007, Huairou District Tourism Bureau praised it as "the first village of chestnut in the suburb of Beijing", and its sugar fried chestnut is famous in Beijing. In 2008, Huairou District focused on the construction of "lihuagou" across our village, combined with the overall environment of our village, constructed wetland park, fishing lake, lihuahu (boating) and so on. With beautiful natural environment, green industrial development and harmonious human environment, our village was rated as "the most beautiful village in Beijing" in 2009. 1. Chestnut industry

Liuduhe village has 4000 mu of chestnut trees, with an average annual output of 500000 catties of chestnut, nearly 1000 catties per capita. In 2007, it was known as "the first Chestnut Village in Beijing suburb" in Huairou District. Combined with the construction of "the first Chestnut Village in the suburb of Beijing", taking chestnut industry as the foundation and chestnut culture as the breakthrough point, we made great efforts in eating, traveling, entertaining, buying and living, and launched the antique "sugar fried chestnut". In 2008, the company launched the chestnut banquet and created its own brand.

In addition, our village also has a chestnut picking and adoption garden, which is 150 meters long from north to South and 260 meters wide from east to west, covering an area of more than 60 mu. There are 71 big chestnut trees (20-40 cm in average diameter), 591 middle chestnut trees (15 cm in diameter) and 418 small trees in the park. People can pick chestnuts in the golden autumn, adopt chestnut trees, experience rural life, and cook sugar and chestnuts on the spot.

2. Chestnut mushroom industry

In 2009, 17 villagers in our village planted 20000 Chestnut mushrooms, and the income of large farmers increased by 3000 yuan. The trial planting was successful, and chestnut and chestnut mushroom achieved a win-win situation. In 2010, our village was fully spread out on the low slopes of the whole village. In order to increase the enthusiasm of the villagers for planting, our village increased the subsidy, with each mushroom stick subsidizing villagers 1.5 yuan (the market price of mushroom sticks is 2 yuan / stick). In terms of technology, Professor Wang Hexiang of China Agricultural University and Liu Xiangjie, a professional grower in Bohai Town, were invited to train growers four times, and Liu Xiangjie was invited to provide technical guidance for chestnut mushroom cultivation in the whole village, so as to ensure the success of chestnut mushroom cultivation. And by the "Beijing Liudu forest mushroom planting professional cooperatives" responsible for recycling, to solve the worries of the villagers. After many efforts, our village developed 40 households and planted 82300 sticks.

（2） Secondary industry

According to Huairou District, the per capita share of chestnut in our village is the first, but the deep processing efforts need to be strengthened. There are few varieties of processed products, which are only limited to sugar fried chestnuts and chestnut banquets. In addition, the number of small-scale processing is small, accounting for only about 10% of the total output. At present, chestnut is still mainly sold fresh. In order to increase the variety of chestnut processing products, improve the scientific and technological content and added value of chestnut products, our village actively cooperated with Beijing Academy of agriculture and Forestry Sciences, invested 1.44 million yuan to build a chestnut distillery, and developed a series of chestnut wine (dry wine, semi dry wine, semi sweet wine, sweet wine, etc., alcohol degree 12-14o). Chestnut wine has golden color, pure, elegant, pleasant and harmonious chestnut aroma and wine aroma, and is rich in nutrition and health care functions. The construction of chestnut distillery in our village will improve the overall benefit of chestnut production and make chestnut farmers benefit from the progress of agricultural science and technology. It will also be of great significance to solve the problem of the way out of chestnut in our village, improve the economic value of chestnut, promote the economic development of lihuagou, speed up the construction of new countryside and build a harmonious society.

Chestnut wine is brewed by saccharification, fermentation, aging and clarification. It belongs to fruit wine series, including most of the nutritional and functional components contained in chestnut. Chestnut wine is the first patented product in China. The domestic market is a blank, with a large sales space and profit margin. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and increasing foreign exchanges, fruit wine with nutritional and health functions is more and more loved by people, and the consumption is growing rapidly. With the improvement of people's living standards, low alcohol and high nutrition fruit wine is more and more recognized by consumers at different levels.

Chestnut distillery has created more than 15 long-term jobs and more than 60 seasonal jobs for our village. The annual digestibility of chestnut can reach 500000 Jin, which can solve the problem of chestnut outlet in liuduhe village to a certain extent. At the same time, it also plays an important role in promoting the construction of chestnut culture and building chestnut economic brand in Bohai town and Huairou District.

（3） The third industry

In the development of folk tourism in our village, infrastructure is the first. Taking the brand building of the first Chestnut Village in the suburb of Beijing as an opportunity, combined with the overall planning of lihuagou, we have built chestnut market, wetland park, hydrophilic platform, fishing lake, Lihua lake, science and Technology Exhibition Hall, chestnut picking, adoption Park, tourism consulting station, etc. After more than ten years of development, our village has been rated as a municipal folk village. There are more than 70 folk reception households in the village (including 20 municipal folk households), which can provide 1000 people with accommodation and 1500 people with meals at the same time.

In the construction of our village's municipal folk custom village, first, we should make new articles on "eating", so that tourists can eat fried chestnuts at any time throughout the year; folk households can also make chestnut porridge and chestnut banquet. The second is to find a new feeling in "living". The key folk households are decorated with chestnut culture to make the residents feel the chestnut culture of liuduhe village. The third is to ignite new highlights in the "tour". Relying on the chestnut blossom season in June and the harvest season in September every year, we plan the chestnut flower festival, chestnut summer festival, chestnut picking Festival, chestnut harvest festival and other festival activities in liuduhe village to enrich the cultural connotation of rural tourism, attract tourists to visit, and form a new highlight of chestnut Tourism industry. Fourth, new designs will be displayed at the "shopping" exhibition. In liuduhe village, a chestnut market will be built to sell raw and cooked chestnuts, deep-processing products, local products, handicrafts, etc., so as to cultivate the characteristic market of chestnuts and promote the development of characteristic rural tourism.
