Beijing Olympic Basketball Stadium, the largest Olympic Stadium in western Beijing, has been completed and put into use. It is located in the West Fourth Ring Road of Beijing, next to the extension line of Chang'an Street. The huge golden cuboid is shining in the sun. The facade of Beijing Olympic Basketball Hall is made of aluminum alloy plates. Before "pasting", these golden aluminum plates are also perforated and decorated, and then fastened on the glass ribs by hanging fasteners and structural glue, so as to form a well arranged overall plane, giving people a feeling of waves. At the top of the facade of the basketball hall, the golden aluminum plates are "pasted" into jagged shapes, rippling with the wind like ripe ears of wheat.
Next to Jinyi is the Low-E glass curtain wall system. Low-E glass is also called low emissivity coated glass, because its surface emissivity is very low. This kind of low radiation film with less than 1% thickness of hair has high emissivity of infrared thermal radiation, and can reflect more than 80% of far-infrared thermal radiation back. Compared with ordinary single glass, Low-E glass can save more than 60% energy in summer and 70% in winter.
The surface of Low-E glass in Beijing Olympic basketball stadium is coated with nano easy clean coating developed by Chinese Academy of Sciences. This technology has changed the way of using hydrophobic materials in the past, using nano super hydrophilic materials to treat the glass. Once water contacts the glass surface, a uniform water film will be formed, and the glass and pollutants will be completely soaked. Finally, the pollutants attached to the glass will be carried away by the gravity of water, so as to achieve the cleaning effect. In order to reduce the influence of solar radiation on the interior of the building, colored glaze treatment was carried out on the outer glass rib and the second side of the curtain wall. At the same time, a layer of low radiation coating is added on the third side of the curtain wall, which can effectively prevent the external radiation of indoor heat in winter. The performance of the exterior wall of Wukesong Gymnasium has been greatly improved by coating nano materials, colored glaze, hollow and low radiation coatings. So that the glass curtain wall has a strong self-cleaning function, to achieve the role of natural maintenance and cleaning glass.
There are bridges around the basketball hall, which are not afraid of heat expansion and cold contraction to guide the audience in and out
As the positive and negative zero (competition floor) of the basketball hall is below the natural ground level, the entrance and exit of the audience is 10 meters above the elevation of the competition site. Therefore, in order to prevent congestion during the games, the entrance and exit bridges are specially designed and built to evacuate the audience. During the game, the audience will enter and exit from the bridge in all directions.
On the East, West and north sides of Beijing Olympic Basketball Stadium, there are six concrete bridges connected with the entrance and exit of the stadium. These six bridges have their own characteristics in construction. Both ends of ordinary bridges are fixed, while only one end of the six bridges connected with Wukesong stadium is fixed. During the construction, in order to prevent cracks in the bridge due to thermal expansion and cold contraction, adjustable movable bearings are installed at the connection between the main beam of the entrance and exit bridge and the entrance and exit of the stadium. The bridge can be fine tuned within a few centimeters of the adjustment interval, so that the temperature deformation can be released through the adjustable movable bearings, and the cracks can be avoided.
At the South Gate of the stadium, there is a 60 meter wide platform which is similar to a bridge but not a bridge. The function of the platform is the same as that of the concrete bridge. The difference between the two is that the concrete bridge is empty, while the platform is a basketball training hall. The top floor of the platform is two floors, the lower floor is cast-in-place concrete frame beam and slab, the upper floor is paved with a layer of precast cover plate, and the middle floor is empty As a drainage layer, the upper surface is paved with stone. The south side of the basketball hall is facing Chang'an Street, so the traffic is convenient. When the Olympic Games is held, this big platform is the main entrance and exit for the audience.
The first full color high definition LED display system settled in Basketball Hall
Entering the venue, the "funnel" type central hanging bucket screen system is particularly attractive - this is the first full-color high-definition LED display system in China. According to reports, this set of display system can complete many tasks in the competition, such as capturing wonderful moments, playing back strange scenes, real-time live broadcast synchronization, broadcasting game information, timing and scoring statistics, advertising broadcast, etc. It can meet the needs of Olympic basketball games and NBA basketball games.
The whole system consists of funnel screen, ring screen and timing and scoring control system. Among them, the display screen hanging in the center of the site weighs 22 tons, which is commonly known as funnel screen because it looks like a funnel. The funnel screen has lifting function, and there are four lifting units above the screen. The lifting of the funnel screen is controlled by the computer system, and it can rise up to 15.922m from the bottom of the funnel screen to the ground. According to the audience's perspective and customer demand, it can be up and down to achieve the best display effect.
The ring-shaped display screen on the grandstand floor, which is installed around the inner corridor on the first floor of the venue, is composed of 110 screens. It is mainly used to play video images rendering the warm atmosphere of the scene, such as fireworks, water spray and other scenes.
The timing and scoring control system can comprehensively set and control the score and time of the competition field, put the competition results on the funnel display screen and the ring display screen of the grandstand layer through the equipment in the control room, and synchronize the timing clock of the dressing room and the competition clock, so as to make the competition field orderly and the competition results more accurate and fair. In the near future, domestic fans will be able to enjoy the world's top "NBA" games without leaving home.
Relevant personnel can take the elevator directly into the venue
The East and west sides of the basketball hall are respectively equipped with two steel structure external glass curtain walls of the outdoor building elevator. The elevators of the four outdoor buildings are also the passageways to and from the venues, which are specially provided for VIPs, officials and athletes, coaches, journalists, volunteers and staff during the Olympic Games. The original design was a concrete structure. Later, considering the match with the aluminum plate curtain wall of the stadium, the steel structure and glass curtain wall were used instead.
Retaining wall hidden rainwater pump house
Around the stadium, a circle of concrete retaining wall is the retaining wall. Because the height difference between the competition center and the natural floor is 10 meters, so there is this wall. There are 7 rainwater pumping stations inside the retaining wall, and 8 reservoirs are built around the retaining wall, which can collect rainwater for watering the flower beds outside the stadium. It is also an important part of the utilization of the rain rainbow in the basketball stadium.
The underground Lane leads directly to the North business district
The underground circular driveway and entrance of the basketball hall are horseshoe shaped. The total length of the driveway is more than 800 meters. It surrounds the hall for one week. It has asphalt pavement, two-way driveway and temporary parking lot. It is set up for athletes and service vehicles. The hoop lane of the basketball hall leads directly to the underground parking lot of the commercial district through two underground passages, and the two become one. During the Olympic Games, it will become a commercial district integrating catering, accommodation, leisure, shopping and entertainment, with a total area of 300000 square meters.
Leisure square settled in the south of the venue
The cultural square of Beijing Olympic basketball stadium is composed of four water drop altars, night lighting, garden landscape and parking lot, with a pavement area of about 80000 square meters. After the completion of the project, it will become a leisure and entertainment venue for the audience to watch the games.
The rainwater system can collect 8645 cubic meters of rainwater every year
According to the average annual rainfall of 571.9mm in Beijing, the rain and flood system of basketball hall can collect 8645m3 of rain every year. The roof rainwater drainage system is composed of rainwater buckets, suspended pipes, risers and drainage pipes. Rainwater buckets are an important part of the system. A total of 68 rainwater buckets have been installed, including 22 siphon rainwater buckets with drainage capacity of 36 liters per second and 46 siphon rainwater buckets with drainage capacity of 30 liters per second. The design is based on the intensity of the return period of rainstorm overflow in Beijing for 50 years. The rainwater collection system is composed of eight pump stations with a height of about 2.2 meters and a width of 4.3 meters, with a total capacity of 530 cubic meters.
The total catchment area of the gymnasium roof is 16796 square meters, and the total drainage of the siphon rainwater system can reach 1241.22 liters per second. In a short time, all the water in the roof area can be discharged through the siphon system, greatly reducing the bearing pressure caused by the rainwater stagnation on the roof. The system also has a significant feature, the drainage riser, a change from the common exposed type to the hidden type, played a beautifying effect.
The rainwater is discharged into the system pipeline through the roof siphon rainwater bucket, and then flows into the collecting pool. It is discharged through the lift pump, which can be used for greening irrigation, road spraying, toilet flushing, waterscape supply, etc., and can also be used for reclaimed water supplement after a little treatment.
"Water cannon" in fire fighting
Wukesong basketball hall, which can hold 18000 spectators during the game, walks into the center of the court and looks around.
