Golden Street

Tianjin Jinjie is the longest commercial pedestrian street, famous commercial street, no fake street and honest consumption street in Tianjin. Located in the downtown area of Heping District, Tianjin, only 3km away from Tianjin railway station and 20km away from Tianjin airport.

Historical evolution

Founded in 1902, it was originally named duhuili road and rosford road. In 1953, it was renamed "Heping Road" with the meaning of "love peace". It is the cradle of modern Tianjin commerce, the symbol of Tianjin prosperity, and the pride of Tianjin people.

In September 2000, the reconstructed Heping Road Commercial Street and Binjiang Road formed a "golden cross" named "Golden Street". The pronunciation of "Jin" in "Golden Street" is the same as "Jin" in "Tianjin", which is full of good meaning of congratulation.

In September 2003, the first sentence of linjiangxian, named for the "new ten sceneries of Jinmen", was "business jinjiechang Vientiane" -- the location of "Jinjie" was pointed out. "Business" highlights its characteristics. "Business jinjiechang Vientiane" refers to the gathering of merchants, shops and flourishing industries here.

Main buildings

Tianjin quanyechang - Tianjin quanyechang is located at the intersection of Jinjie street and Binjiang Road, the most famous commercial street in Tianjin. Tianjin Department Store - Tianjin Department store was built in 1994 and completed in 1997. It is located in Jinjie District, commercial street, adjacent to Haihe planning scenic spot.

The style of the new department store comes from the tower building of the old building. There are two double tower towers on the top of the building. Before the 1980s, it was the tallest building in northern China.

Hendeli watch shop Tianjin hendeli watch shop was founded in 1920 by Shanghai hendeli management office. The shop name takes the meaning of "everything goes well, great profits". When Hendry was first established in Tianjin, it was located in Xujie street in the Japanese concession at that time, that is, today's Meilihua jewelry store on Heping Road. After 1932, it opened a branch in the French concession, which was later changed into the head office. Today, Hendry on Binjiang Road moved from Heping Road in 1958. Zhengxingde Tea House - located at No.1 Beima Road, zhengxingde tea house was built in 1738, the third year of Qianlong reign of Qing Dynasty. It was formerly known as "Zhengxing tea shop". It is a famous century old shop in Tianjin. The former site is located in Zhugan lane outside the north gate. It was founded by Mu Jia (Wen Ying), one of the eight famous tea makers in Tianjin. At first, it sold some green tea from Hunan and Hubei, Anhui Daye tea, and snuff. Later, it developed its own special flower tea, which started in Tianjin. During the period of Mu Shirong, the third generation of Mu family, it was the first time to use "green bamboo" as the trademark in the outer packaging of tea. In the design, there are green bamboo, Xingyun and Liushui, which are simple, elegant and generous. "Green bamboo" tea enjoys a high reputation both at home and abroad.

The tea house is decorated with marble and white marble. The three characters "zhengxingde" on the side doors are written by Hua Shikui, a famous calligrapher in Tianjin. There are more than 100 kinds of famous teas in the hall, such as Dongting Biluo, Xihu Longjing, Huangshan Maofeng, Wuyi rock tea, Yunnan Pu'er, etc.

Zhengxingde tea house was founded in 1738 (the third year of Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty). It has a history of more than 260 years. It was named "zhengxinghao" tea house in the early stage, and was renamed "zhengxingde tea house" in the seventh year of Xianfeng reign of the Qing Dynasty (1857).

In 1898 (the 23rd year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty), Beijing zhengxingde tea house opened in Caishikou, near Niujie, a gathering area of Hui people. Because of its "halal" symbol, it was very popular among the Hui people. The business is very prosperous, and it has become a unique time-honored Muslim tea house in Beijing for more than 100 years, which is deeply favored by the majority of consumers. Bohai building is a historic building and key protection unit in Tianjin. Bohai building was built in 1936 by comprador Gao Xingqiao and Prince Zaizhen of Qing Dynasty.
