Water splashing Guanyin
Water splashing Avalokitesvara refers to a shallow line on the old stone wall near the Bailu spring near the riverside view Pavilion on the hillside of Ziyang mountain, Wushan scenic spot in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It is hard to see for a long time because of its deep moss. It must be splashed with water before it appears.
position
"The first peak of Mount Wu is immediately on the West Lake with a million troops." Ziyang mountain is the first peak of Wushan scenic spot in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. On the hillside of Ziyang mountain, it is about 100 meters from the south of Jianghu Huiguan Pavilion. At the foot of the mountain, there is a square pool with an area of less than 10 square meters, which has been dried up for years. This is Bailu spring.
A pavilion beside Bailu spring is called Bailu Pavilion.
Scenery
In the east of the stone wall of the pool where the ancient Bailu spring is located at the eastern foot of Ziyang, there used to be a standing statue of Guanyin. Due to the accumulation of years, the stone wall is covered with moss, which is difficult to identify when not paying attention to. After rain or splashing water, the standing traces of the statue are very obvious after the water accumulated in the groove under the sun. Therefore, people nearby call it "water splashing Guanyin". The original statue was destroyed in the 1970s and rebuilt in 2003. It is also said that the reflection of spring water on the rock wall is like sitting alone. Some people say that it is like "Guanyin Bodhisattva" and say that the water in the pool is "fairy water" poured down by "Guanyin", which can "cure all diseases". So some Buddhists came to worship incense and drink spring water. However, it is necessary to remind tourists that because the mountain spring water has been polluted by excessive activities of visiting incense, it can only be used for garden irrigation, not for direct drinking.
history
It is said that during the Shaoxing period of the Song Dynasty, Liu Ao had a dream that Lu Dequan was named after it. A deer is engraved on the spring, which was named after a Taoist who did not store a spring in the Qing Dynasty.
