Jianghai Museum

Jianghai museum is the only medium-sized Museum in China and the first in Jiangsu Province with strong Jianghai cultural characteristics. The museum adopts the architectural style of sitingzhaigou, with a collection of more than 3000 cultural relics. The building is divided into two floors above ground and one floor underground. The museum has six major areas: jianghaizhiguang exhibition area, special exhibition area, excellent characteristic culture exhibition area, cultural and creative interaction area, office training area and audience leisure area.

Jianghai Museum

Jianghai museum is located on Ankang middle road in Haimen City, in Jianghai Cultural Park on the south side of the municipal government. It is completely aligned with the central axis of the administrative building of the municipal government on the north side, forming a pattern of North-South echo. Jianghai museum is the heaviest and most attractive cultural landmark for Haimen to build Jianghai characteristic garden city. It is also the most important open public cultural position for inheriting and promoting Jianghai culture in Jiangsu and even in the whole country.

Jianghai museum project covers an area of 30 mu, with a construction area of 17000 square meters. The total investment in civil engineering is 100 million yuan. The main body is two floors above ground and one floor underground. The overall layout is courtyard style. The appearance of the project fully considers the elements of Jianghai culture and the natural and regional characteristics, absorbs the characteristics of traditional dwellings in Haimen area, reflects the strong charm of Jianghai culture, and becomes an important window to show the history of Jianghai culture.
