Clothing

Take enough clothes and personal belongings. Safety tips

Action: when you first arrive at plateau area, you can't walk fast, run or run, or do physical labor. Fatigue is one of the factors inducing acute altitude sickness. Young tourists are curious and tend to overestimate their physical strength, which often aggravates altitude reaction, and induce high altitude pulmonary edema or coma due to overwork.
