It is a characteristic tourist town scenic spot developed by Hubei sijihuahai Tourism Development Co., Ltd., also known as sijihuahai · Chinese love garden, and officially opened in April 2017.

In December 2019, it was approved by Hubei Provincial Department of culture and tourism as a national AAAA tourist attraction.
