Wucaicheng is located in the central area of sigucheng, Haidian District, the North Fifth Ring Road and the north side of Qinghe, between Badaling Expressway and Zhongguancun Shangdi Information Industry base, chengqinghe middle street in the north and Maofang road in the East.
