Therefore, nankunfu's daitianfu is also regarded as the general Wangye temple in Taiwan.
history
The belief of Wang Ye in Taiwan comes from Fujian. In ancient times, the custom of "releasing the king's boat" prevailed in Fujian coastal areas. When the plague was prevalent, in order to make the local people pray for peace and happiness, it was necessary to build a king's Jiao and send the king's boat carrying the king to the sea, so that the epidemic and the king's boat could be taken away together. Some royal ships escaped the wave and drifted to Taiwan. Before the development of Taiwan, it was a place of pestilence. At that time, medicine was not yet developed. Together with pestilence, it often killed countless people. People were worried and talked about pestilence. Therefore, after receiving the Royal boat from the mainland, the people of Taiwan donated money to build temples in that place, and the Royal temples in Taiwan appeared one after another. Most of the floating Royal ships were stored in the temple or beside the temple, or for the object of sacrifice, or to build a small model, and worship on the God's table.
It has a history of more than 300 years, and was built in 1661 ad. It is said that more than 300 years ago, Yang Shixiang, a fisherman of Matou in Tainan, found a king's boat floating from the mainland. The statues on the boat were Li, Chi, Wu, Zhu and fan, so he built a caoliniao near Nankun. It is said that it is very effective, and gradually becomes famous far and near, so incense will flourish. Later, it raised money to build the temple, and gradually expanded to the present scale. The original evil god of pestilence has also evolved into the right God of driving away pestilence and preventing pestilence, and even further become the omnipotent God of responding to requests. It is said that the five princes were granted by the Jade Emperor. Their main task is to inspect the good and evil in the world, so they are called "Dai Tian Xun Shou", and their residence is also called "Dai Tian Fu".
