Qinghai provincial library is located in Chengxi District, Xining City, Qinghai Province. It is the only large-scale comprehensive public library in Qinghai Province. It is also the center of inter library cooperation, business research and cultural exchange of catalogues and books in Qinghai Province.

Development history

In April 1934, Qinghai provincial library was founded.

On July 20, 1993, Comrade Jiang Zemin, then president of the State Council, personally wrote the name of the museum, placing great hopes on its development.
