Qinai wetland ecological village is located in yantongtun Town, duerbert Mongolian Autonomous County, Daqing city. Due to the low and flat terrain, Wuyuer River and Shuangyang River, which flow down from Xiaoxing'an Mountains, stay here to form a lake and evolve into a large wetland, with a total area of more than 30000 hectares. The semi humid and semi dry environment formed by the crisscross replacement of aquatic ecosystem around the wetland is the most representative landscape Grassland and reed swamp, in tens of thousands of hectares of vast reed marshes, reed forest like the sea, water network like weaving, magnificent scene, is the western region of Heilongjiang unique tourism resources.

The word Jinai is called "danghi Ni" in Mongolian, which means "Fairy" or "goddess". This name has some internal connection and continuity with the matriarchal culture worship of ancient duerbert Mongols. There used to be a Mongolian lama temple called "syalugqsum" in chenai. The Han Dynasty PuJiao temple was built in 1696 (the 35th year of Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty). Before it, whether there were sacrificial structures such as female temple or female Obo, there is such a historical legend about the construction of PuJiao Temple in chenai. There are countless wild ducks, swans and cranes in the reed ponds of yaolingpao, hualanpao and najinpao near qinaitun in spring, summer and autumn. One year, Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty came here for hunting, and was recognized by an old man, which shocked the people around him. So they knelt down to pray for the emperor's blessing. Kangxi was greatly moved. He rewarded the people with money to build a Lama Temple according to their wishes, and gave it the name of PuJiao temple. Unfortunately, the temple was stripped after liberation. If it existed, it would be 308 years old.

Based on the principle of protecting the original characteristics of wetland and changing negative protection into positive development protection, the ecological village of qinai will be built into the core tourist area of Daqing wetland, the standard scenic spot of wetland man land relationship in China, and an important wetland scientific research and popular science education base.
