Liang Qichao is an influential figure in modern China. Since his residence in Tianjin in 1915, this residence has accompanied Liang Qichao through the last 10 years of his life.

This two-story western style building with Italian architectural style has two buildings in front and back, with unique and elegant shape. The front building is the main building with basement, and there are garden, garage and fax room.

It is worth mentioning that the ice room is a small white two-story building. The first floor is the study, and the second floor is the bedroom and reception hall. It is here that Liang Qichao finished his later works.
