Yang Kaihui memorial hall is located in Kaihui village, Kaihui Township, Changsha County, Hunan Province, about 70 kilometers away from Changsha City. It consists of three parts: former residence of Comrade Yang Kaihui, cemetery of martyrs Yang Kaihui and Bancang education activity center. A 3.8-meter-high, 11 ton white marble statue of martyr Kaihui was built in the middle of the cemetery in front of him. On September 1, 1972, the Hunan people's government announced the former residence of Comrade Yang Kaihui as a key cultural relic protection unit at the provincial level. Bancang is one of the first approved patriotic education bases in Hunan Province. The activity center is located between the former residence of the martyrs and the cemetery, covering an area of 800 square meters and a construction area of 3020 square meters. There are four floors in the center building, including the patriotic education lecture hall, the party and state leaders' inscription exhibition hall for Kaihui martyr. The exhibition hall is elegant, solemn and scientific. In addition, the center can accommodate 120 people for meeting affairs and accommodation.
Yang Kaihui Memorial

Yang Kaihui memorial hall is located in Kaihui village, Kaihui Township, Changsha (zip code: 410146) (administrative code: 430121), an important central city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the capital of Hunan Province. It was founded in Changsha on November 6, 1966 and has been open to the outside world since 1966.
The three-year renovation of the memorial began in 2007 and was officially open to the public free of charge on November 16, 2010.
On August 23, 2011, it was approved as a national 4A tourist attraction.
Opening situation
Yang Kaihui memorial hall is one of the first batch of patriotic education bases in Hunan Province and one of the first batch of 100 red tourism classic scenic spots in China. After three years of construction, the museum was officially opened on November 16, 2010.
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of martyr Yang Kaihui's heroic death and the 60th anniversary of martyr Mao anying's sacrifice for his country, Changsha Municipal Party committee and government solemnly held commemorative activities in Kaihui township. Yang Kaihui memorial hall was built in 2007, with a total investment of about 30 million yuan. The projects include the construction of the exhibition hall, the exhibition arrangement project, the environmental management project of the scenic spot, the identification and signs of the scenic spot, the video monitoring, the background music system, the tourist reception center, the film and television projection hall and other supporting projects. The Museum covers a total area of 2000 square meters, building area of 5000 square meters, exhibition area of 2000 square meters.
From the trial opening of the golden week in 2010 to November 16, 2010, the Yang Kaihui memorial hall has received more than 8.5 million tourists from home and abroad. Since its free opening, it has received 709000 tourists (as of November 16, 2010), 960 tourism teams (as of November 16, 2010), and more than 340 patriotic education activities (as of November 16, 2010) In memory of the revolutionary martyrs, carry forward the revolutionary spirit and inherit the revolutionary quality, the patriotic education base of Kaihui memorial hall has played a full role.
The official opening of Yang Kaihui Memorial Hall will attract more domestic and foreign tourists and scholars to visit, enhance the popularity of Bancang Town, and promote the development of red tourism and service industry. Contents of the memorial
Yang Kaihui's former residence
Yang Kaihui's former residence was built in the late Qing Dynasty, with civil structure. Build a small green tile and sit west facing east. It covers an area of about 1400 square meters. The houses are arranged in parallel with the upper, middle and lower parts. The front is low and the back is high. Osmanthus village and privet tree are planted in the courtyard. The west of the courtyard is a bed of soil, and there is a small pond outside the courtyard.
Yang Kaihui was born here on November 6, 1901. In November 1966, it was opened after maintenance, and the houses of Yang Kaihui, Yang Changji and his wife, Mao Zedong and Yang Zhan were restored. During the renovation in 1982, a number of manuscripts and letters written by Yang Kaihui while living at home were found in the cracks of the wall. It was announced as a key cultural relic protection unit in Hunan Province in 1983.

Tomb of Yang Kaihui
It is located on the top of mianhuapo hill on the right side of Yang Kaihui's former residence. In November 1930, Yang Kaihui died and was buried here. Mao sent 30 silver yuan to set up a monument in the name of Kaihui's three sons. In 1959, a memorial Pavilion and tower were built in front of the tomb. In April 1967, the cemetery was rebuilt and the cemetery was built, covering an area of about 20 mu. In 1969, Yang's mother, Xiang Zhenxi, built a new joint tomb with him. From the foot of the mountain to the tomb area, it is connected by a three-layer trapezoidal platform. The tomb is in the top square platform. The tombstone is placed horizontally and obliquely. It is made of white marble and engraved with the inscription "Tomb of martyr Yang Kaihui" in regular script. The inscription of "old lady Yang and martyr Kaihui share the same cave" written by Mao Zedong is engraved below. On the other hand, a large-scale CI tablet was built behind the tomb, engraved with Mao Zedong's handwritten poem "butterfly loves flower - answer to Li Shuyi". The tomb of Kaihui's grandfather Shuqiao and his father Changji and the tomb of his cousin Kaiming martyr are also in the cemetery. In 1983, it was re announced as a key cultural relic protection unit in Hunan Province.
Yanggong Temple
Yanggong temple is a square structure. The house is built of brick and wood structure, covered with green tiles, and the corridor is supported by stone columns. The direction is 30 degrees north by East. The Yanggong temple covers an area of 1500 square meters and is divided into eight exhibition halls. Among them, some items used by Yang Kaihui are displayed in the first, second and third exhibition halls. The fourth exhibition room is Yang Changji's exhibition room, and the fifth exhibition room is Mao YAYING's exhibition room. In the front hall are Yang Kaihui's brief introduction and leaders' inscriptions. There are 11 rooms in the whole Yanggong temple, and there are grey sculptures on the exterior walls of the gatehouse. In 2005, it was announced as a provincial cultural security unit. The temple was first built in the first year of Xianfeng. Up to now, some cultural relics of that time have been handed down. Yanggong temple is well preserved as a whole.
