Jiangjunling is located in the north of Chian village in Shexian County, formerly known as miaopoling. After 1986, the ashes of Marshal Liu Bocheng, marshal Xu Qianqian, General Huang Zhen, General Li Da, General Wang Xinting and other former leaders of the 129th division of the Eighth Route Army were successively scattered on this hill, hence the name of jiangjunling. In October 1990, Deng Xiaoping personally wrote the name of Ling. Besides Babaoshan in Beijing, this is the place where most marshals and generals of the Republic are buried. Along the stone steps, there is only a large canal like a long dragon winding around the mountains. This is the 27 km long Zhangnan canal built by the 129th division officers and soldiers and local people during the Anti Japanese war. The people of Shexian County call this canal around the mountain "life-saving canal" and "general canal". There is still a folk song in the local area that "water flows at the head of Nanshan Mountain, don't worry about eating, without the Eighth Route Army, how can the canal flow?". In order to always remember the kindness of the Eighth Route Army, the people of Shexian County voluntarily donated money to build the "Siyuan Pavilion" and the "Zhangnan canal monument" with a height of 12.9 meters. In jiangjunling, most of them are related to "129". Climbing 129 stone steps from the bottom of the ridge is the memorial Pavilion of Marshal Liu Bocheng. The pavilion covers an area of 180 square meters, with a plaque of "Marshal Liu Bocheng Memorial Pavilion" inscribed by Deng Xiaoping hanging on the eaves. There is a granite statue of Liu Bocheng sitting in the center of the pavilion.
