Gongbei temple is located on Xiwan Road, Xizhi City, Taipei County. It is one of the most famous temples in Xizhi city. Its layered roof is built close to the mountain. It is a beautiful place hidden among the Cuibai mountains.

Gongbei temple, also known as Xizhi Xiangong temple, has a history of nearly 100 years. It was built on sanxiu mountain and is dedicated to Emperor Fu you, Sakyamuni and Confucius. There is a broad platform in front of the hall, which can view the scenery at the foot of the mountain with clear vision; there are many small pavilions beside the temple, which are built close to the mountain, overlooking the surrounding mountains from here. The path under the pavilion can lead to the nearby elm forest, which is quiet and peaceful. On weekdays, pilgrims walk to the back of the mountain, hearing the sound of chanting, can not help but read with a clear mind.
