Wuding Mansion
Wuding Prefecture, now Huimin County, Shandong Province. There were clans and tribes living together more than 5000 years ago. Xia belongs to Yanzhou. The Shang Dynasty was the land of pugu. The spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period were Qi.
In the second century B.C., when the Qin Dynasty implemented the county system, the first emperor of Qin set up the second county (belonging to Qi county) for the East patrol, and there was Emperor Qi in the southeast of the first emperor's East patrol, which was the second place for the East patrol. The county government is in the north of Sangluoshu. Since then, for more than 2200 years, it has been the administrative center of state, county, government and county.
In the Western Han Dynasty, Yanci county was changed into Fuping County, belonging to Pingyuan County of the governor of Qingzhou. In the Northern Wei Dynasty, the county government moved to Maling city (now two Li north of erlangtang village, Hefang township), belonging to Leling County of Cangzhou.
In the Northern Qi Dynasty, in 556 (the seventh year of Tianbao), Yanci county was abolished and incorporated into Yangxin County, which governed Maling city and belonged to Leling county.
Sui Dynasty, at the beginning of Yangxin County, belongs to Bohai county. In 586 (the sixth year of kaihuang), the Bohai Sea was abandoned and Dizhou was established. In 596 (the 16th year of kaihuang), Yanci county was restored to Dizhou. The county government has been moved to xiandizhou village of Xindian township. In 606 (the second year of Daye), Dizhou was abolished, and Yanci County belonged to Cangzhou. Soon after that, Cangzhou was abandoned and Bohai county was restored.
In the Tang Dynasty, Dizhou was restored to its original state. In 625 (the eighth year of Wude), Dizhou was abolished and Cangzhou was the second. In 643 (the 17th year of Zhenguan), Dizhou was restored, and its government was stationed in Yanci, which also belonged to Dizhou. In the early days of Tianbao, di Prefecture was changed into Le'an County, and the second was Le'an county. In 758 (the first year of Qianyuan Dynasty), Le'an county was changed to di state, and the second was di state.
In the Five Dynasties, Shici belonged to Dizhou. In 907 (the first year of Kaiping in the Later Liang Dynasty), di Zhou stabbed Shi Wenqi and moved the state and county governments to the southeast of Yanci (in the area of Ma Village, the ancient city of Qinghe town).
In Song Dynasty, Yanci County belonged to Le'an County, Dizhou, Hebei East Road. In 1015 (the eighth year of Dazhong Xiangfu), he moved to Zhouzhi and Yanci county to Bafang Temple (the site of Huimin County). Jin: the second one is the defense County of Dizhou in Shandong east road.
In the Yuan Dynasty, Yanci county was located in Dizhou, Jinan road.
Ming Dynasty, 1368 (the first year of Hongwu), abandoned the second County, the territory into Dizhou. In 1403 (the first year of Yongle), di Zhou was changed to Le'an Zhou. In 1426 (the first year of Xuande), Emperor Xuanzong of the Ming Dynasty led a large army and came to Dizhou city to pacify Zhu gaoxu, the king of the Han Dynasty, who wanted to fight against Dizhou. Since then, he changed to wudingzhou, which belongs to Jinan government.
In the early Qing Dynasty, it was still Wuding Prefecture. In 1724 (the second year of Yongzheng), Wuding Prefecture was Zhili Prefecture of Shandong Province. In 1734 (the 12th year of Yongzheng), Wuding Prefecture was promoted to Wuding Prefecture and Huimin County was established (named after Huimin Valley 20 miles southeast of the city). It is Fuguo County of Wuding Prefecture. In 1734 ad, Wuding Prefecture was upgraded to Wuding Prefecture, and Huimin County, a subsidiary County, was set up.
In the late Qing Dynasty, Wuding government led nine counties and one Prefecture: Huimin County (governing Huimin County in Binzhou City), Yangxin County (governing Yangxin County in Binzhou City), Haifeng County (governing Wudi County in Binzhou City). In 1914, it was renamed Wudi County, Leling county (now Leling City of Dezhou City) and Putai county (now Southeast of Binzhou City). In 1965, the county was withdrawn, Zhanhua County (now Zhanhua County, Binzhou City), Lijin County (now Lijin County, Dongying City), Qingcheng county (now Xiqing Town, Gaoqing County, Zibo City), Shanghe county (now Shanghe County, Jinan City) and Binzhou City (now Binzhou City). It was abolished in 1913.
In 1914, DaiBei road was changed to Jinan Road, and Huimin County was changed to Jinan road. In 1925, Wuding Road was set up and Huimin city was set up. In 1928, Wuding Road was abolished and Huimin County was directly under Shandong Province. In 1936, the office of inspector general of the fifth administrative region of Shandong Province was set up in Huimin County, with jurisdiction over 11 counties including Huimin. In 1939, the Communist Party of China launched Anti Japanese guerrilla activities in the northwest, West and southwest of Huimin County. In September 1942, the Hebei Shandong border region established the Anti Japanese democratic government of Shanghui County in the border area of Shanghe and Huimin counties.
Administrative subordination
In October 1944, the three side County of Hui (min), Ji (Yang) and Shang (he) was established in Bohai area.
In September 1945, Huimin city was established. The first and second districts of Huimin County were under the jurisdiction of Huimin City, and the municipal government was stationed in Huicheng. The rest of the areas were under the jurisdiction of Huimin County, and the county government was stationed in Heli Village (now Xindian town). Huimin city and Huimin County are under the jurisdiction of the fourth special office of Bohai administrative region. In October, Shanghui county and sanbian county were withdrawn. Yangzhong county was built in December 1946. In April 1949, the party and government organs of Huimin County moved from Heli village to Huimin city.
In May 1949, Yangzhong county was renamed Huiji county. The people's Republic of China, in May 1950, the Bohai area was abolished, the original jurisdiction was adjusted, and a special area for the benefit of the people was established. The special office was located in Huicheng, and Huimin County was under the jurisdiction of the special office for the benefit of the people. Huiji county was abolished and its jurisdiction was divided into Huimin County, Jiyang County and Shanghe county. On April 10, 1961, Huimin County and Binxian county were divided. The original 13 people's communes under Huimin County's jurisdiction were changed into 13 districts, and the county government moved back to Huicheng. Huimin County is under the jurisdiction of Huimin special administration. In March 1967, the CPC Huimin County Committee and Huimin County People's committee were replaced by the Huimin County Revolutionary Committee, which was under the jurisdiction of the Huimin regional Revolutionary Committee. In 1978, the Revolutionary Committee of Huimin district was changed into the Executive Office of Huimin District, and the counties under its jurisdiction remained unchanged. By 1985, Huimin County was still under the jurisdiction of Huimin administrative office.
Now it belongs to Binzhou City, Shandong Province.
