Qufu Ming old city was built in Ming Dynasty to protect Confucius Temple. In the old city of Ming Dynasty, there are many cultural relics and historic sites, such as Confucius Temple, Confucius Mansion, Yan temple, Confucius Mansion and Qianlong palace in ancient panchi, which embodies the ancient urban style and profound cultural charm of Qufu, the ancient capital of Lu state. In the late 1970s, most of the city walls of qufuming were demolished. Qufu's Confucius Mansion, Confucius Temple and Confucius forest are listed as world cultural heritages by UNESCO.
