Luling Cultural Ecological Park

Luling cultural ecological park is located in the north of Jizhou District, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, on the Bank of Ganjiang River. The whole park is an ecological park built by using Luozi mountain and flood detention area for construction land, with a total area of about 4000 mu.

Luling cultural ecological park is divided into Luling cultural exhibition area, Luling lake landscape area, ecological landscape area, comprehensive leisure and entertainment area, riverside landscape area and business resort area.

The park was built and opened on September 15, 2011. In the same year, it was rated as "the top ten new tourist attractions in Jiangxi Province" by Jiangxi Provincial Tourism Administration

. In 2012, it was approved as a national 4A scenic spot.

Historical evolution

In 2000, planning and construction of Luling Cultural Ecological Park began.

In 2008, the design principle of "keep the mountain, keep the water, and keep the birds" was determined, with Luozi mountain and 900 Mu Luling Lake as the core, and around the mountain and natural ecological water, the design scheme of six scenic spots with relatively independent and interrelated functional areas was formed, which can be summarized as "one line, three colors, and six areas".

In August 2009, Luling cultural ecological park started construction, with a total investment of about 400 million yuan.

On September 15, 2011, Luling cultural ecological park was built and opened. In the same year, it was rated as "the top ten new tourist attractions in Jiangxi Province" by Jiangxi Provincial Tourism Administration.

In 2012, Luling cultural ecological park was approved as a national 4A scenic spot.

In 2014, Luling cultural ecological park was included in the list of important wetlands in Jiangxi Province.

Location context

Luling cultural ecological park is located in the north of Ji'an City Center in Jiangxi Province, adjacent to Jizhou district government and Jinggangshan Avenue. The geographical coordinates are 115 ° 00 ′ 49 ″ - 115 ° 01 ′ 69 ″ E and 27 ° 13 ′ 36 ″ - 27 ° 14 ′ 85 ″ n. It covers an area of more than 4000 mu.

The main landform of Luling cultural ecological park is hills, plains and wetlands. Luozi mountain is the highest point of the ecological park, with an altitude of 142.1 meters. The area of Luling Lake accounts for one fourth of the cultural ecological park.

Luling cultural ecological park has a subtropical monsoon humid climate with abundant rainfall, sunshine and four distinct seasons. The annual average temperature ranges from 15.1 ℃ to 18.1 ℃, the annual average precipitation is 1421.2 mm, and the annual average frost free period is 284 days.

There is Luling Lake in Luling cultural ecological park, with a water surface of about 1000 mu. Luohu lake is its tributary, which is a tributary of Ganjiang River. The terrain is flat, low-lying and without fortification, so it is vulnerable to flood disaster for a long time, and waterlogging is serious in flood season.

Luling cultural and ecological park has a greening rate of more than 90%. Nearly 600 large (ancient) trees have been rescued from flooded areas such as Xiajiang water conservancy project and Shihutang water conservancy project, and more than 3000 rare and endangered plants (such as Taxus chinensis, Phoebe and bamboo cypress) have been planted in the Park.

More than 40000 trees, more than 4 million shrubs and 100000 square meters of turf have been planted. Luozishan Forest Park is rich in vegetation with a wetland landscape of about 3.3 hectares at the foot of the mountain. There are a large number of reed, lotus and other aquatic plants.

Animal resources

There are tens of thousands of egrets living in Luozi mountain in Luling cultural ecological park, and a large number of glass red carp are released in Luling lake.

The scenic area is divided into six areas: Luling cultural exhibition area, Luling lake landscape area, ecological landscape area, comprehensive leisure and entertainment area, riverside landscape area and business resort area.

Luling culture exhibition area is located in the center of the park, which mainly displays the ancient culture, the sages and the red culture of Ji'an area.

Luling lake landscape area is located in the center of the park, mainly characterized by natural ecology and natural water.

The ecological scenic area is located in the northeast of the park, mainly with mountain natural landscape, vegetation and wetland.

The comprehensive leisure and entertainment area is located in the east of the center of the park, mainly for leisure, entertainment and catering.

Main attractions

West Entrance Plaza

The west entrance square is located in the west of the scenic spot. There is a 100 ton, 12.5-meter-long and 3.8-meter-high Taishan stone at the entrance. On the front is a picture of Hidden Dragon and crouching tiger, and on the back is a landscape painting depicting Ji'an. In the west entrance square, an ancient camphor tree with a diameter of 3.18 meters at breast height and a weight of 112 tons was planted. This tree has set a record of transplanting the largest survival ancient camphor tree.

Fountain stand

The fountain stand is located in the comprehensive leisure and entertainment area. The main landscape is a music fountain with a length of 200 meters, a width of 40 meters and a main fountain height of 138 meters. The main fountain is the highest in Jiangxi.

Bridge of Nine Turnings

Jiuqu bridge, located in the comprehensive leisure and entertainment area, is a pedestrian landscape bridge with a width of 4 meters and a total length of 266 meters. With the combination of arch bridge and curved bridge.

Lake Island

Huxin Island, located in the comprehensive leisure and entertainment area, is located on the Huxin Island via Jiuqu bridge. The island covers an area of about 30 mu and is covered with trees. The main landscapes are time tunnel and ancient pavilions.

Jinluo Plaza

Jinluo square is located in the Luling cultural exhibition area. The main landscapes include the sculpture of "Tianluo girl" and the red sandstone cultural wall.

The "snail girl" sculpture is based on the folk legend "snail girl and mountain caries". The sculpture is mainly made of cast copper in ancient copper color. The golden snail is pasted with gold and platinum. The height is about 13 meters. The golden snail is dynamic, rotating and lifting.

Red sandstone culture wall, 5 meters high and 32 meters long, shows the natural and cultural landscape of Luling in the form of relief. The front is composed of six themes, expressing the picture of "ecological Ji'an, cultural Luling" in a realistic way. On the reverse side, Ji'an, an ancient city surrounded by four mountains and surrounded by a river, is taken as the background. There are statues of the sages Ouyang Xiu, Wen Tianxiang, Yang Wanli, Xie Jin, Hu Quan and other famous officials and scholars in Ji'an.

Large scale group sculpture

The large-scale sculpture "100000 workers and peasants go to Ji'an" is located in the Luling cultural exhibition area. With a span of 90 meters, the sculpture is composed of nine groups of group sculptures, reflecting the process of the Red Army's capture of Ji'an. The whole sculpture is magnificent and lifelike. It is composed of 49 characters and 3 fire oxen. It fully reflects the scene of "all white in the sky, and the military situation is even more pressing in the snow" in Mao Zedong's poem "Jianzi Mulan flower · Guangchang road".

Folk Museum Culture Park

The Folk Museum Cultural Park is located in the Luling cultural exhibition area, east of the East-West main road. The folk custom park is divided into three parts: indoor exhibition, outdoor performance and outdoor experience. It displays Ji'an folk customs, etiquette and folk culture (such as lantern color, music, legend, shield dance and carp lamp).

Wenxing pagoda

Wenxing pagoda, located in the ecological scenic area and Luozi mountain, is named after Wenta Ji, which was advocated and constructed by Zou yuanbiao, a famous official in Ming Dynasty. It is a symbol and symbol of the prosperity of Ji'an culture. The tower is a song style building, with one floor underground and seven floors above the ground. Wenta integrates culture, religion and sightseeing, which is a commanding point of the whole garden.

Luling Lake

Luling lake, located in the landscape area of Luling lake, has a water storage area of nearly 1000 mu

It is divided into two lakes by Jiuqu bridge. The North Lake mainly displays the ecological landscape. There are aquatic plants in the lake, such as Metasequoia glyptostroboides and reeds. There are also wild ducks, wild geese and black swans. It also provides a good place for these pairs of mandarin ducks to play and forage.

Luling Villa

Luling villa is located in the business Resort and the peninsula of Luling cultural and ecological park. The total land area of the villa is about 6.34 hectares and the building area is about 28000 square meters.

Sightseeing facilities

In 2015, there were six entrances and exits in the park, with the west entrance square as the main entrance. Through the 5-meter-wide main road, footpath and Bridge in the park, a ring road traffic system was formed. The park has a tourist capacity of 18800 people. The west entrance parking lot has 24 large parking spaces and 353 small parking spaces. The park is equipped with two eight seat and six seat electric tour buses and six water electric tour boats. A patrol car is equipped to patrol the whole park all day.

In 2015, the construction of Luling cultural and ecological park adheres to the idea of sustainable development and the design concept of "keeping mountains, water and birds". Luozishan forest park with an altitude of 142 meters was included in the park. At the same time, the water level of Luling lake was adjusted through the built dam. Luling lake and wetland in the park provide abundant food sources and good habitats for tens of thousands of egrets and other birds on Luozi mountain.
