Heku

Heku, located in the mountains at the junction of Hunan, Guizhou and Sichuan, is a market town for Miao people. The first day of the eighth lunar month is the market day. Heku market is also one of the three major fairs of the Miao family. It is very busy and crowded at noon.

There are rice tofu and bean cake, which Miao people like to eat, as well as their most popular beehive, and the shoulder pole is still their life tool, showing the hardship of life.
