The exhibition hall is located in the East podium of Wenchang complex building next to Hedong Park in Hedong New District, with an exhibition area of 2300 square meters. It is currently the largest urban planning exhibition hall in Guangxi. You can have a panoramic view of the evolution of Liuzhou's ancient organizational system, the precious pictures of the Republic of China, the great changes of the contemporary urban landscape, and the charming prospects of future planning. The most eye-catching part of the exhibition hall is a sand table model with an area of more than 500 square meters, which is made at a ratio of 1:750. The sand table shows the urban and natural profiles of Liuzhou city with a total area of 560 square kilometers.

The exhibition hall is divided into two floors, making full use of the local landscape of Liuzhou as the design elements of the exhibition set, and taking the mother river Liujiang River as the main line, connecting the 18 theme exhibition halls of the whole hall.
