Longwei village consists of seven natural villages: Shangchang, xiachang, yunliangshi, kangjiazhuang, Sujiazhuang, nanniutou River and dongniutou river.
Name and origin
If the winding black dragon Grand Canyon is regarded as a dragon, the black dragon pool is like a dragon head. The water in the black dragon pool turns into the black dragon river. It meanders along the Grand Canyon and moves like a dragon. Longwei village is just at the exit of the Grand Canyon, just like the tail of a dragon. This is the origin of the name of Longwei village from the perspective of topography. Zhang Xiuzhong, a 60 year old villager of Longwei village, also told reporters an interesting legend about the origin of the name of Longwei village.
It is said that the Black Dragon King was originally the God of heaven. He was demoted to heaven by the Jade Emperor for violating the rules of heaven and punished him for suffering in the world. He was born into a Li family in Li sanzhuang, Southeast of Xintai county. The day was June 24. When the Li family saw their child's red face and wide mouth, they were very happy and named him Li Chi. When Li Chi was a teenager, his parents died, and he wandered around. Later, he lost money by selling hemp, and was exiled to northwest Laiwu. Many tribulations in his life made him feel deeply. He often looked up to heaven and sighed and repented of his past. The Jade Emperor read his sincerity, pardoned his sin, allowed him to be king in Heilongtan, and was in charge of Xingyun and Buyu affairs in Zhanglai area.
From then on, Zhang and Lai had good weather, and Li Chi was deeply loved by the local people. He began to call him "Black Dragon Lord", and he enjoyed the fireworks in the world with ease. Black dragon king felt lonely, so he turned into the original youth appearance, looking for beautiful women everywhere. Later, when he heard that the daughter of a wealthy family surnamed Wei in Shankou village in the East was very handsome, she came to the Wei family and became a clerk. From then on, she met with Wei Nu from time to time, and gradually developed feelings. Miss Wei has heard that Li Chi will become a big worm (Dragon). That day, Miss Wei was washing clothes by the well, while Li Chi was sleeping on the stone slab beside the well. Miss Wei said, "little plum, they say you will grow into a worm. But I haven't seen it. You can show me. " Li Chiao, however, said "don't be afraid." he rolled and turned into a black dragon. He plunged into the well, head down, tail up, claws moving and tail swaying. The well overflowed, and his tail kept swinging along the edge of the well. Seeing this, Wei Nu was in a panic. She quickly picked up the club to beat her clothes and smashed it at the tail of the well edge, almost breaking it. Li Chi rose in pain with her broken tail and Wei nu in the air. At the same time, a piece of cloth floated down and wrote: "I am the Black Dragon King. I have found a mate in the mortal world. The fate is decided by heaven. My residence is in Longtan." From then on, Wei Nu and Li Chi became a loving couple, known locally as "Wei Niang".
Li Chi and Wei Nu flew back to Heilongtan. When they got to the top of Longwei village, their tail fell, so the village was called Longwei village. Li Chi also got the title of "bald tailed old Li" because he lost a part of his tail.
In fact, there are many versions of the legend of bald tailed old Li. Some people say that his name is Li Zuoju. Today they hear that his name is Li Chi. Which one is the right one? According to Zhang Xiuzhong, in 1996, he and Zhang Luzhen saw such a record on the remnant stele of "chilongtan stele" near Heilongtan: heilongwang's surname is Li Mingchi, and his name is "shuidewang". This shows that the name of the Black Dragon King is Li Chi.
Other allusions
Liben uprising site
Among the natural villages under the jurisdiction of Longwei village, there are several very interesting names, such as Shangchang, xiachang and yunliangshi. The origin of these interesting village names is inseparable from one person, Li Ben.
Li Ben, a native of Kuhe village in Zhaili Town, is a local rich man. In 1444, there was a big crop failure, and the villagers nearby suffered from famine, which made the people feel helpless. Li Ben donated grain and saved many people. In Kuhe village, the imperial court established a "Yimin square" for it, named the village Yizhuang, and local officials sent a plaque to the door of "Li Ben's family". Later, for some unknown reason, Li Ben was dissatisfied with the imperial court, raised the flag to rebel, and became more and more popular. He stationed in the stronghold near Longwei village. One day, Li Ben was on the xuanyang diaogu mountain in Dawangzhuang Town, when he saw the officers and soldiers at the foot of the mountain encircling him. Li Ben saw that there was no hope of victory. In the evening, he set up a plan of hanging sheep and hanging drums. He took advantage of the night to escape, and the uprising failed.
Nowadays, many village names and place names in Longwei village are related to Liben activities. According to the research, the car park and the car park in Longwei village were the places where Li Ben stopped to repair his car, while kangjiazhuang and yunliangshi village were the places where Li Ben stored grain. In the north of Longwei reservoir, there is Liguan village. Now the village gate is still alive. There is a deep ditch in front of the village gate. Li Ben built a suspension bridge with the help of two huge stones on both sides of the ditch. After entering the village, he folded up the suspension bridge to form a natural barrier. In Li GuanZhai, there are many stone mortars used to pound rice at that time. Among them, three stone mortars side by side are about half a meter in diameter, which shows the number of Li's horses at that time. There is the site of liguanting in the northwest of liguanzhai, which is Liben uprising hall. Diaogu mountain in the west of Longwei village, 608 meters above sea level, is Li Ben's base camp. On the top of the mountain, there are three peaks in the north-south direction.
The origin of cattle
Among the natural villages under the jurisdiction of Longwei village are nanniutouhe village and dongniutouhe village. There is also a stone at the head of the village, which is called "cow stomach". It seems that it has something to do with cattle. There is an interesting legend about the origin of these village names and place names.
It is said that at the end of the Yuan Dynasty, the court mage watched the sky at night and ordered to kill all the children born that year. Zhu Yuanzhang's mother fled with Zhu Yuanzhang to Longwei village of Dawangzhuang town. She came to a Lixing village and was about to be overtaken by officers and soldiers. When Zhu Yuanzhang's mother saw the farmer in the nearby field ploughing, she put Zhu Yuanzhang in the plough mark and left immediately. The farmer couldn't bear to see the child killed by officers and soldiers. She quickly plowed the soil to cover the child and the officers and soldiers chased him After that, the villagers speculated that if the child had been buried for such a long time, it would probably suffocate. But little Zhu Yuanzhang's nose above a few mole crickets to strip away the soil, Zhu Yuanzhang survived. Later, the villagers adopted him, and Zhu Yuanzhang lived in the village. Once, Zhu Yuanzhang and some children of the same age in the village played the game of being an emperor. They took turns to sit on a narrow stone at the top, while others kowtowed to the emperor like ministers. However, when the other children sat on it, they kowtowed and fell down. Only Zhu Yuanzhang could sit steadily, so people of the same age regarded Zhu Yuanzhang as the "boss", They are willing to play with him.
Zhu Yuanzhang herded cattle for a rich man in the village. Once, Zhu Yuanzhang and his children of the same age said, "I don't know what the beef tastes like after herding cattle for such a long time. I want to know what the beef tastes like today." So Zhu Yuanzhang and his children of the same age slaughtered the rich man's cattle and ate the beef. After eating, in order not to be found, he threw the head of the cattle into the river and the intestines, stomach and heart of the cattle into different places. Finally, he put the cow's tail into the field. When he went back, he said to the rich man that the cow had gone into the field. The rich man didn't believe it. He pulled the cow's tail in the field and there was a cow's cry.
In Longwei village, a stone at the head of the village looks like an ox's stomach. In the river, there is a stone similar to an ox's head, a pile of stones, some like an ox's heart, some like a bullwhip, and another stone with obvious patterns, like intestines. In the field, there is a stone head like an ox's tail.
Of course, the fact should be that we first have these stones that look like the things on the cattle, and then we can deduce the legend, which is skillfully combined with the real objects.
Dragon King Temple stage
In the courtyard of Longwei village kindergarten, there is a green ancient cypress tree. The villagers said that these were several cypress trees in front of the village's big temple in those years. Several large cypress trees were cut down during the period of steel smelting. Now the one that has been preserved is relatively small in those years and has been hundreds of years old.
The old people in the village said that the temple in the village was large in scale, with Jade Emperor hall and other halls. Villagers from surrounding villages went to the temple to pray for happiness. Later, several nearby villages jointly rebuilt the temple. After the renovation, the red walls and green tiles of the temple were very spectacular. The temple was destroyed during the cultural revolution.
Later, a large stage was built in front of the temple. The stage is very famous in the neighborhood. When you sing in Longwei village, you can still hear it clearly for several miles. What is the reason for this? First of all, the terrain of Longwei village is like a loudspeaker. In addition, the old people in the village said that the crossbeam of the stage used a special kind of wood from the south, which had a sound transmission effect. So when I was singing in Longwei village, many people in Shanggu village and XiaGu village could listen to the opera at home.
