Zuomi manor is located in dongzuo village, Jiama Town, Shijiazhuang Development Zone, adjacent to Southeast stone ring, 3 km away from national highway 308 in the west, 10 km away from Shihuang Expressway in the north and 10 km away from Shijiazhuang city.

Zuomei manor is affiliated to Shijiazhuang Zuomei Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. Zuomei manor has convenient transportation, mainly for agricultural comprehensive development, comprehensive utilization of agricultural new energy, and agricultural sightseeing picking. Zuomei manor is planned to be developed in three phases, with 510 mu of land developed in the first phase, which is divided into five functional areas: vegetable area, fruit tree area, breeding area, medicinal plant area and comprehensive area. Among them, the vegetable area covers an area of 106 mu, with 27 ordinary greenhouses (25 have been built), one high standard greenhouse simulating tropical climate, mainly planting high-grade strawberries, cherries, special melons and some tropical fruits with characteristics; fruit trees cover an area of 380 mu, including apples, pears, peaches, grapes, cherries, winter jujubes, medicinal plants, etc The other projects cover an area of 30 mu. In order to improve the land use efficiency, strawberry, oil sunflower, colorful peanut and other crops will be planted between the rows of fruit trees. At present, Chaiji is the first free range chicken farm in China. There are also boar farms, fishing pools, restaurants and conference centers in the park, which provide the best places for people's leisure and entertainment.

The construction of Zuomei manor respects the opinions of environmental protection experts, strictly abides by the requirements of circular economy, does not discharge any sundries to the environment, human, livestock and poultry manure are all put into biogas digester for treatment, and domestic waste is treated innocuously. In order to reach the green certification standard as soon as possible, the field should be fertilized with biogas residue and biogas slurry instead of chemical fertilizer. Zuomei manor phase I plans to become the largest comprehensive picking and sightseeing park in Shijiazhuang within three years and a comprehensive agricultural science and technology demonstration base integrating tourism, sightseeing, picking, leisure, education and popular science training.

Zuomei manor phase II plans to develop 300 mu of land, mainly for special dishes and wine grapes. Special dishes are mainly gift dishes and supermarket dishes; wine grapes are mainly supplied to the manor to ensure the creation of the independent brand of Shijiazhuang Manor wine.

The third phase of Zuomei manor focuses on the development of order agriculture, gives full play to the advantages of technology and marketing, formulates Zuomei product standards, drives the production of farmers in surrounding villages and towns, provides seedlings, technology and fertilizer, supervises the production in the whole process, and guarantees to buy back; strives to promote the common prosperity of farmers with thousands or even tens of thousands of acres of land from point to area.

Facility picking area

The Zuomei facility picking area covers an area of 106 mu, with 28 greenhouses built, including 27 fifth generation standardized greenhouses and 1 high standard heating greenhouse. It is equipped with 10msup3, 20 biogas digesters, 100msup3, and 2 biogas digesters, which are mainly used to treat daily sewage and livestock manure. The biogas residue and biogas slurry produced can meet the needs of indoor crops, and biogas is used for heating in greenhouse. The goal of Zuomei manor facility picking area is to develop ecological circular agriculture.

The standardized greenhouse built in 2010 is mainly planted with high-quality melon, gift watermelon, Dutch melon, cherry tomato, pumpkin, color pepper, etc. all the seeds are imported. Within three years, we will develop high-quality strawberry, Greenhouse Cherry, off-season grape, pitaya, etc.

The high standard warming greenhouse in the facility picking area covers an area of 5 mu. It mainly grows tropical fruits, including bananas, lemons, papayas, wax apple, Shatangju, etc. it is the first park in Shijiazhuang to grow tropical fruits.

Fruit picking area

The fruit tree area covers an area of 350 mu, with apple, pear, grape, peach, persimmon, apricot, pomegranate, winter jujube, cherry and other fruits planted respectively, as well as a medicinal botanical garden. Among them, grapes and pears which are most suitable for growth in Shijiazhuang area occupy 150 mu and 90 Mu respectively, followed by peach 50 mu, apple 20 mu, winter jujube 10 mu, cherry 10 mu, apricot 10 mu, pomegranate, persimmon 5 mu each, and medicinal plants 10 mu (including honeysuckle 5 mu and wolfberry 5 mu). In the selection of varieties, we not only emphasize the suitability of land and trees, but also insist on famous, high-quality, new and special varieties. For example, we planted 8 varieties of grapes, such as Hongti, ruby, Baijixin, meixiangxiang, Xiahei, Jumeigui, Fujiminori and izukin. Cherry rootstocks were gisella and Kopp from east Maolin company, and grafted with varieties such as Moli and dahongdeng. At the same time, strawberry, oil sunflower and other economic crops were planted between tree rows.

Breeding area

Zuomi manor is divided into North and South regions. Bupleurum chicken is mainly raised in the North District, covering an area of 10 mu. In 2010, it is planned to raise 6000 Bupleurum chickens and 1000 black chickens in a free range. The flat land free range mode adopted is the first in China. The Southern District includes Xiang pig breeding area and fish pond, of which Xiang pig breeding area covers an area of 3 mu, with 200 stocks; fish pond covers an area of 8 mu, integrating breeding and fishing.

Ecological catering area

Zuomi ecological restaurant uses fresh melons, fruits, vegetables and poultry grown and raised in the garden, which ensures safety and healthy eating from the source. It is made by local methods in cooking skills. It keeps the original flavor of the food, tastes farm flavor, and has endless fun. It is different from hotels and restaurants in the urban area. It has a unique series of special dishes, such as Xiangzhu banquet, secret Chaiji and so on Color dishes.
