China Intangible Cultural Heritage theme park is located in Lianghe urban forest, Jinniu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. The whole theme park covers an area of 4897 mu, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. Adjacent to Jinsha site, one of the representatives of ancient Shu civilization, the park is the only intangible cultural heritage theme park in China. The theme park will be completed in three phases. The first phase (the core area of the theme park) will cover an area of 1400 mu, which will be completed before June 9, 2007 and open to tourists. The second and third phases will be gradually completed in the next two years.
Ten settlements
It is reported that among the 518 items of China's first batch of intangible cultural heritages announced by the State Council a few days ago, they are divided into 10 categories: folk literature, folk music, folk dance, traditional drama, acrobatics and sports, folk art, traditional crafts, traditional Chinese medicine, and folk custom. The theme park will be divided into 10 settlements, namely, Chinese folk custom settlements, Chinese folk arts and crafts settlements, Chinese folk arts and crafts settlements, folk arts and crafts settlements, and folk customs settlements Chinese folk art settlement, Chinese traditional medicine settlement, Chinese local drama settlement, Chinese folk art settlement, Chinese folk literature settlement, Chinese traditional competitive settlement, Chinese folk music settlement and Chinese folk dance settlement, each settlement represents a category. According to the principles of protection, uniqueness, regionality, phasing and industrialization, two to ten representative cultural industry projects with interactive experience effect will be selected from each category.
800 project
The theme park will also build "800 projects" such as "baijuan building", "Baigong workshop", "Baixi city", "baicaotang", "Baiqu garden", "baixianhe", "Baiwei Street" and "baiinn". According to the preliminary plan, the "800 project" will be completed in the first phase of the project.
Other parts
The theme park will highlight people's participation, and display intangible cultural heritage through functional zoning and characteristic projects, forming a unique cultural sense and attraction of scenic spots. It is mainly divided into five functional areas: exhibition area, experience area, exhibition area, cultural landscape area and commercial service area. The theme park is composed of five parts: ecology, Waterscape, garden, architecture and cultural landscape. Its architectural style will be mainly Chinese ancient architecture, national architecture and Chinese garden. The International Pavilion will adopt the architectural style of ancient Rome or Greece.
