Located in Zhengding County, Zhaoyun temple was officially opened to the outside world in 1997. Zhao Yun Zi long, Changshan Zhending (now Zhengding), a famous general of the Three Kingdoms, is known as "Changsheng general".

The Zhaoyun Temple rebuilt by Zhengding County Tourism Bureau on Yuandao guangnian site was officially opened to tourists on April 13, 1997. The new Zhaoyun temple is magnificent, covering an area of 12 mu, with a total construction area of 1500 square meters. The temple adopts the ancient architectural structure of Ming and Qing Dynasties, which is divided into one courtyard and two courtyard. The main buildings include temple gate, Siyi hall, Wuhu hall, Junchen hall and Shunping Marquis hall, which basically preserves and enriches the historical features of the original temple, and complements the surrounding Longxing Temple, Rongguo mansion and other famous scenic spots. It provides a place for Chinese and foreign tourists and Zhao Yun's overseas descendants to pay homage and visit.

In February 2020, in order to pay homage to the vast number of medical workers fighting in the front line of prevention and control, zhaoyunmiao scenic spot will offer free tours to medical workers with doctor's and nurse's certificates from the date of resumption of operation to December 31, 2020.

The origin of Architecture

One of the Three Kingdoms generals is Zhao Yun.

Zhao Yun (? - 229) Zi long, born in Zhending, Changshan, was a famous general of Shu Han in the Three Kingdoms period.

He died in 229 AD and was named Marquis of Shunping.

After Zhao Yun died, in order to commemorate this brave general in the Three Kingdoms period, Zhao Yun Temple was established.
