stage
The front building of Wu's ancestral hall has a depth of 6 meters and is divided into upper and lower floors. The upper floor of the Ming Dynasty extends out into the courtyard, forming a stage with an area of about 40 square meters. The stage, the bell and drum chambers on both sides and the backstage are connected into a convex shape, supported by the main wall of the doorway and 16 columns. There is a screen in the center, two doors on the side, and an octagonal caisson on the top of the stage, with patterns such as "Tai Chi eight trigrams". Its lower eaves open out in the middle, inlaid with "Guanle building" gold plaque. There are big Fang and hanging Fang between the columns, and there are coupons between them. The front of the theater building is opposite to the main hall, and there are corridors on both sides. The stage rooms are connected with the corridors, and the corridors are connected with the main hall by steps, forming a courtyard in the middle. The cloister has two floors, the upper one has railings, and the lower one has a drum door. The cloister is not only used as a passageway, but also as a lookout.
The horizontal square at the front of the stage of Guanle tower is 8 meters long and 0.5 meters high. It adopts relief and hollow carving techniques to show the magnificent scenery and prosperous scene of Wuhan ancient town. The vast Yangtze River passes through the three towns, with thousands of sails chasing the waves. The buildings on both sides of the Yangtze River stand in a forest, with the ancient and elegant yellow crane tower embracing them. The arch bridges between the three towns fly, and the people on the streets shuttle on the bridges. The gestures and expressions are different. It looks like the ancient town of Wuhan is still in front of us, and the noise of the streets is in our ears. But the stage is empty, without the bustle of the past.

The middle building is the main hall, and the back building is the bedroom hall. There is a patio between the middle building and the back building, with wing rooms on both sides. The archway and the triple roof are equipped with zanjian. The eaves of the archway are flying angles. The brackets under the eaves are assembled by special bricks and carved wood pieces. The cornice is hung with a big copper bell at the mouth of the bowl. The flying angle kisses the beast. On both sides of the archway are horse head walls, fish tail roof ridges, and the gables are decorated with figures, landscape flowers and plants. Under the eaves of the courtyard, there are wooden rain buildings that can be collected and supported.
Zhongchuang main hall was originally a place for Wu people to worship their ancestors and deal with their affairs. It was supported by 30 columns, with a depth of about 12 meters. There were stone railings in front of the hall, with auspicious animals carved on the heads of the columns and stories of sages embossed between them. There is a wooden screen wall at the back of the hall, which should be the place where the altar is placed. The hall is full of colorful and carved decorations of various contents.

The main gate is a carved partition door with a height of more than 5 meters, which is supported by six gantry beams. The gate forehead, Li Gui and Zhu Fang are all built with stone strips from Shanghao to Xiajiang. Between the pillars and Fang, red stone relief is used to engrave the stories of such sages as "King Wen's visit to sages", "Dayu's farming", "twenty four filial piety".
