Zhangjiakou Museum
Zhangjiakou Museum, founded in 1958, is located at the intersection of Changcheng West Road and Zhongxing North Road, economic development zone, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. It is a comprehensive museum of Hebei Province, a patriotic base of Hebei Province and a national second-class Museum. There are more than 180 pieces of national first-class cultural relics in the collection, such as ancient porcelain from Tang Dynasty to Qing Dynasty, ancient coins, wooden plaque of "Weihu three armed forces" in the 19th year of Jiaqing, wooden plaque of "Zhide Nanming" in the 9th year of Guangxu, brick carvings of Menggu camp, blue glaze peony pattern Zhibian, ruding triangle cloud pattern double ring ear bronze horn of Dongyao in Song Dynasty. The main exhibition halls are "Zhang Yuan's search for roots - Exhibition of ancient history of Zhangjiakou" and "exhibition of history of zhangku business road". Its predecessor was located in the memorial hall of Chahar Anti Japanese Alliance Army, No. 14, Dongxing Street, Qiaodong District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, and the second floor of Zhangjiakou regional exhibition hall, No. 21, xiaohetao, Qiaoxi District. In May 1959, the city merged into the city, and in May 1961, the city and the city were set up separately, and the museum belonged to the special area. The museum was abolished in 1962, restored in June 1978, and was called Zhangjiakou regional museum. In June 1993, the city merged and was renamed Zhangjiakou Museum. The new museum started construction in 2014 and completed in 2016, with a total construction area of 18800 square meters. The shape is an abstract rock, and the sense of design comes from the natural landform of Nihewan, which truly records the history of Zhangjiakou. At present, the museum is on display and is expected to open at the end of 2019.
Development history
In September 2001, led by the Municipal Bureau of culture, the Preparatory Office of Chahar Metropolitan Bureau was established, which consists of four groups: planning and design group, data collection group, property transfer group and household migration group. On January 15, 2002, the executive meeting of Zhangjiakou Municipal government decided to hand over the former site of Chahar Metropolitan Bureau to the Museum of the Municipal Bureau of culture for management. In the same year, our library explored and restored the original foundation in front of the main gate of the Department, built bricks and paved the ground, and produced earth and stone On May 9, 2004, the museum produced "Declaration: record file of national key cultural relic protection units: former site of Chahar Du Tong Shu" and "materials of the Sixth Batch of national key cultural relic protection units declaration of former site of Chahar Du Tong Shu"; in June 2006, among the Sixth Batch of national key cultural relic protection units newly issued, the former site of Chahar Du Tong Shu was listed In November 2011, the former site of Chahar Metropolitan Bureau was under the management of Zhangjiakou Institute of cultural relics and archaeology.
Since the ninth five year plan, the local government has raised 100000 yuan to replace fire hydrants and other fire-fighting equipment, added anti-theft doors and aluminum alloy sliding doors to the cultural relics storehouse, installed iron windows and guardrails, and updated far-infrared alarms.
A number of porcelains from Tang Dynasty to Qing Dynasty, ancient coins, wooden plaque of "Weihu three armed forces" in the 19th year of Jiaqing, wooden plaque of "Zhide Nanming" in the 9th year of Guangxu and brick carving of "Fulu" in yingxitou of Mongolia were collected.
Main problems
The construction of the new library has been listed as a recent construction project of the municipal government, and the planning of the new library is being demonstrated.
The performance evaluation of free opening has been preliminarily completed. Through the rectification, the museum's external publicity work will be gradually improved and improved.
Now the collection of precious cultural relics has become an investment trend of folk lovers. For the collection of cultural relics in the future, our library follows two principles: one is to report the precious cultural relics collected by the folk in time and ask the Provincial Bureau of cultural relics to decide whether to identify or collect them; the other is to collect the precious cultural relics as soon as possible if the collection fee is not big and they are really in urgent need of our library.
