Hangzhou cuisine Museum of China is located in jiangyangfan original ecological park beside the great ruins of the imperial city of the Southern Song Dynasty. Qiantang River in the south, Lianhua peak in the north, Hupao in the west, Yuhuang mountain and baguatian in the East. Development history
The exhibition design of the museum is operated by Zhao Rongguang, director of the Institute of Chinese cuisine, Zhejiang University of technology and industry. There are 10 exhibition areas, 20 scenes of historical events, a large number of text, pictures and historical materials, ancient and modern cultural relics display. It combs the texture of the inheritance and development of Hangzhou cuisine in different historical stages, such as Liangzhu culture, the Qin Dynasty to the southern and Northern Dynasties.
The excavation of the Grand Canal made the cultural and catering exchanges between Hangzhou and the outside world increasingly prosperous. In the Sui and Tang Dynasties, "Hangzhou cuisine" formed the first peak of North-South exchanges. Hangzhou, the capital of the Southern Song Dynasty, was another peak of the development of Hangzhou cuisine. Cooking in the north with southern materials and people's pursuit of quality life in the Southern Song Dynasty make Hangzhou cuisine unique. Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there have been many historical and cultural celebrities, heads of state and dignitaries at home and abroad, which has made Hangzhou cuisine more widely spread. With the reform and opening up, a large number of new and old Hangzhou cuisine enterprises entered Shanghai and opened up a semicolon, which made Hangzhou cuisine hot all over the country and go to the world. Hangzhou cuisine Museum, with a construction area of 12470 square meters, is designed by Cui Kai, vice president of China Architectural Design Institute and academician of Chinese Academy of engineering. The main building of the museum adopts modern building materials and technical means to reproduce the spatial organization spirit and elements of traditional Hangzhou architecture, and reflects the elegant charm of Hangzhou architecture through sloping roof, clear water wall, all glass curtain wall and other architectural techniques . The whole building group has a picturesque landscape of Jiangnan Town in Wu Guanzhong's works, while the landscape of the lake is green, transparent and exquisite, which is closely related to the original ecological park environment and fully reflects the characteristics of its ecological architecture.
The whole museum has exhibition area, experience area and operation area. The audience experience area embodies the characteristics of participation, communication, interaction and learning of Hangzhou cuisine culture. In the "common people's kitchen" of the indoor audience experience area, there are original Hangzhou cuisine master lecture hall, cooking performance and demonstration, public tourists participating in the production of dishes, common people's Hangzhou cuisine competition arena, TV food program live room, etc.
In Shuangyuan, an outdoor interactive area, there are activities such as making new year cake, making steamed bread and grinding soybean milk. Outdoor hydrophilic platform, can participate in food culture salon, eat Hangzhou food, speak Hangzhou dialect, sing Hangzhou opera and other programs.
The operation area of the museum is a further extension of Hangzhou cuisine culture. The large-scale boxwood carvings, which are based on the development of Hangzhou cuisine, can be found everywhere in Yuan Mei's Sui Yuan Shi Dan calligraphy of the Qing Dynasty, as well as the old black-and-white photos that change with the times.
