Sheep and lion

Introduction of yangshimu

Features of scenic spots

Yangshimu is a newly developed large project scenic spot, which ranks among the most bright spots in central Jiangxi with its unique geography and geology. It has a forest area of 207000 square meters and a forest volume of 10.17 million cubic meters. It has identified 2152 species of higher plants, many of which are rare species. For example: yangshimu's unique Sanya Lindera; rare, endangered and national first-class protected plants are Manglietia decidua (only seen on the earth), Ginkgo biloba, Taxus chinensis, xiangguoshu, Zhonghua bole, Lianxiang tree; quanyuanye Hongshan tea, gaoshanhuang Rhododendron, big fruit Zantedeschia, etc. There are more than 300 species of wild vertebrates, many of which are national key protected animals, such as South China tiger, clouded leopard, yellow bellied horn juvenile and other national first-class protected animals; pangolin, giant salamander, spotted beaver, water deer, Tibetan monkey, big (small) civet, crested eagle, white necked long tailed pheasant and other national second-class protected animals.

Yangshimu granite peak forest landform type is complete, it can be said that it records the evolution process of the landform, (landform evolution series: Mountain ~ peak wall ~ peak cluster ~ Stone Forest ~ peak pillar ~ Stone Cone, plus rock wall, peak valley and shape stone). Nine kinds of landforms can be seen in yangshimu. In this 37.5 square kilometer mountain, there are dozens of granite peak forests, more than 20 pictographs, and more than 100 separate landforms. Scenic climate

Yangshimu is a good summer resort with mild climate, four distinct seasons, abundant rainfall, perennial cloud and fog, annual average temperature of 14 ~ 16 ℃, summer maximum of 23 ℃, lower than the temperature of Lushan and Huangshan in the same period. Buddha light appears every month, the most times in summer and early winter, and the most times in the whole year is about 100. In addition, there are the sea of clouds and sunrise (Xu Xiake, a traveler of Ming Dynasty, once praised the sunrise here as "thousands of peaks are rugged, green Hosta, Wuling is comparable to Wugong Mountain". The view of the sun is like gold in the governance, swimming into the walking clouds), rime (also known as tree hanging, ice hanging: it is the ice crystal that fog and water vapor condense on the branches and leaves when they are cold, which is divided into granular and crystalline two kinds), glaze (formed by the condensation of raindrops) and other wonderful phenomena.

Scenic culture

As early as the first year of chiwu, the great emperor of Wu in the Three Kingdoms, that is, 238 ad, Ge Xuan, a famous metaphysician and one of the founders of Taoism, has been practicing alchemy on the mountain. Wugong Mountain, together with Longhu Mountain, Sanqing mountain and Hengshan Mountain, has become a famous Taoist mountain and has been listed as a blessed place for self-cultivation. In ancient times, there was a saying of "praying for longevity in Nanyue - Praying for blessing in martial arts", so Wugong mountain is also known as "China's blessed mountain". In the scenic area, there are natural Chinese "three immortals" and "five blessings" scenic spots, "five blessings": Fu - Honghu peak (also known as "Fushan"), GUI (Fu) - Buddha's palm of Tathagata, Shou - pantaoshi, you Haode - shenbi peak, Kao Zhongming - Golden Rooster homing).

The three peaks of this scene stand side by side, like a swan spreading its wings to fly. It originated from Chen sheshi's family. When Chen Sheng was young, he cultivated with others and said to his fellow tenants, "don't forget to be rich." Chen Sheng made fun of him. Chen Sheng said to him, "the sparrow knows the ambition of a swan." hence his name, it's a blessed land for wealth.

Flat peach stone is named because it looks like a peach with rich flesh. It is said that the queen mother set up a peach club to entertain the immortals during her birthday. When she was drunk, a 9000 year old peach was accidentally dropped into the earth and fell on this mountain. Then it turned into a peach stone, which protected her son and grandson from generation to generation.

Golden Rooster homing (also known as Jipo entering the cage), juxiantai left to the top of the rocky ridge about 150 meters, there is a group of stones like a hen about to enter the nest, named "Golden Rooster homing". It faces Anfu with its head and Pingxiang with its tail. It eats Anfu's golden grains, pulls down black chicken excrement and discharges it into Pingxiang's land. Therefore, Anfu produces more grain and Pingxiang produces more coal.

Tathagata God palm: the Tathagata God palm is about 10 meters high. A huge stone shaped like a human palm is pulled up in the air and erected on the Bank of the road. The pattern on the palm is clear, the five fingers are clear, and the image is lifelike, just like human beings. This stone is named "Tathagata God palm". "Tathagata God palm", a lot of lines are distributed on the whole stone wall, such as the crisscross lines of our own palms. Different lines mean that life, health, marriage and so on are not the same, which means that all these things are in our own hands. Grasping everything means that it is up to us.

Shishunfeng

Stalagmite peak is one of the most spectacular sceneries in yangshimu scenic area. The stalagmite is 264 meters high, like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. It breaks through the earth and clouds, towering and towering, standing high in the air, which is amazing, so it is named "Chuanyun stalagmite".

Crouching tiger stone

The crouching tiger stone, a huge stone, is like a tiger crouching here. Taoism has four Guardians: Oriental Green Dragon, western white tiger, southern rosefinch, and Northern Xuanwu. We are located in the west of Jiangxi, so we send white tiger to guard here.

Sister peak
