A little paradise with crane
Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan is located at the end of Wenhui Bridge on the South Bank of Liujiang River in Liuzhou City, Guangxi, and the east end of Jiahe road. It is the collective name of Jiahe mountain and its cultural landscape "XiaoTaoYuan". It faces Dongtai mountain in the East, Pingshan Avenue in the south, Jiangbin Park in the West and Liujiang River in the north. It is 185 meters above sea level and 95 meters above sea level. The mountain has beautiful scenery, good vegetation and wonderful caves. Liuzhou ancient eight landscape "Jiahe Qinglan", Guangxi's earliest academy "Jiahe academy" and ancient Liuzhou city are all gathered here.
history
Jiaheshan has a long history because it is named "like a lone crane facing the river". According to the local chronicles of Liuzhou, in the sixth year of the Dingding reign of the Han Dynasty (111 BC), Liuzhou established "Tanzhong county government" beside Jiahe mountain, which became the beginning of the construction of Liuzhou. In 815 ad, when Liu Zongyuan ruled Liuzhou, he wrote a book called "a record of those who can travel near Liuzhou mountains and waters", which first put forward the name of "Jiaheshan". During the Southern Song Dynasty, the three prime ministers Wu Min, Wang Anzhong and Wang Boyan met in Liuzhou. At the foot of the mountain, they built "Jiahe academy" and three-phase Pavilion, one of the earliest two academies in Guangxi, and planted hundreds of peaches, which were named XiaoTaoYuan. From Jiahe mountain and XiaoTaoYuan, they became a scenic spot. Later, officials and scholars came to visit, or recite, or write. Zhao Shimiao, the governor of Liuzhou in the Song Dynasty, rebuilt the three-phase Pavilion in 1203 and wrote the inscription of the three-phase Pavilion.
Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan has a strong cultural flavor. Jiahe mountain has a long history of books and many historic sites. Wu Min, Wang Anzhong and Wang Boyan, the three prime ministers of Southern Song Dynasty, met in Liuzhou one after another and were nostalgic for this mountain spring. They built Jiahe academy and three-phase Pavilion, one of the earliest academies in Guangxi, at the foot of the mountain. There are still ten stone inscriptions of "XiaoTaoYuan" in Song Dynasty and poetry and prose in Ming and Qing Dynasties on the mountain, which are very valuable and precious.
There are more than 50 poems and nearly ten thousand words in the praise of XiaoTaoYuan by the ancients. Among them, the most representative poems and Fu are Fang Yi's Xiao Taoyuan Fu in Ming Dynasty and fan he's Xiao Taoyuan in Qing Dynasty. In addition, there are ten stone inscriptions of "XiaoTaoYuan" and "Jiahe academy" in Song Dynasty and other poems and essays in Ming and Qing Dynasties in Jiahe mountain. These "Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan culture" with a long history are very precious for the interpretation of Liuzhou's cultural and historical process, and are an important part of Liuzhou, a famous historical and cultural city.
reconstruction
Liuzhou municipal government started the restoration and reconstruction of Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan in 2001. The reconstruction project was approved in March 2001, demolished in October 2001 and started in September 2002. It took nearly three years before the Spring Festival in 2004. Two scenic spots, piedmont and mountain, have been built with a total area of 42300 square meters, of which the mountain accounts for 65%. There are altogether 20 scenic spots, such as Jiahe academy, three-phase Pavilion, Qiyue corridor and sunset. After the completion of the Han culture square in the north gate, it echoes with the East Gate Tower of the ancient city. The Jiahe academy and three-phase Pavilion in the south foot of the mountain show the song culture. The "Jiahe Linfeng" on the top of the mountain has become one of the best scenic spots to have a bird's-eye view of Liuzhou city.
The construction of Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan scenic spot with superior geography and beautiful scenery has retained a large number of cultural and historical relics. It is a new idea and effective method to protect historical relics by green space. It reproduces the "Jiahe Qinglan", one of the eight ancient scenic spots in Liuzhou, and also makes the beautiful scenery of XiaoTaoYuan, a historical and cultural landscape in our city, appear. In 2006, when Zhou Ganzhi, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the former Vice Minister of the Ministry of construction, visited Liuzhou City, he only spoke highly of the two scenic spots of Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan and Jiangbin Park, believing that the construction of Liuzhou is the most beautiful.
After the completion of the scenic spot, relying on the history and culture of Jiahe academy, a series of cultural activities with rich connotation and highlighting the taste of the scenic spot were held, which quickly became one of the important places for citizens to enjoy leisure and organize activities. In 2005, the largest bronze bell in Guangxi was cast and placed in the "Linfeng Pavilion" at the peak of the scenic spot. It inherited the Chinese ancient bell culture for thousands of years and sounded for the first time in Liuzhou. "Qinglan Xinzhong" is loved by the public and deserves to be the highlight of the city's traditional Spring Festival activities.
extension
Background of expansion
Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan is located in the central node of the "historical and cultural axis" of the overall structure of Liuzhou urban green space system, which is "three rings, two axes and one center". It faces the old commercial district of Liuzhou city across the river and connects with the riverside park. At the same time, with the growing maturity of the new business circle of Jiahe Road, the trend of its main bearing body of business and leisure is becoming more and more obvious. The expansion of the scenic spot is the need of Liuzhou landscape city construction and the improvement of urban functions.
However, due to the limitation of construction land at that time, the planning of some scenic spots in Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan was unreasonable, and the construction effect was far from the expected effect. For example, the location of Jiahe academy is too close to one of the three major cliff stone carvings in Liuzhou, and it is close to the former factory of the tobacco factory, which greatly affects the landscape effect of the scenic spot; the current scenic spots are basically linear distribution according to the foot of the mountain, which can not create the garden artistic conception of gathering, opening and closing, winding path and secluding; the original planning of the key cultural landscape -- Liuzhou originated from Tanzhong county The memorial square of the site is also limited by the scale of the site, and can not be implemented. There is no place to build such scenic facilities as stele Pavilion and Han Dynasty cultural relics exhibition hall As a result, the idea of building Jiaheshan into a historical and cultural scenic spot with Han culture as its origin and song culture as its symbol can not be realized, and its historical and cultural connotation can not be revealed.
According to the Department of landscape architecture in Liuzhou City, Guangxi, the reason for the expansion is that the scope of scenic spots is too narrow, which leads to many disadvantages. First, the natural beauty of Jiahe mountain can not be fully displayed. Surrounded by factories and buildings, the landscape perspective line can't be opened, and there is no contrast between collection, release, light and dark. As the most important part of garden art, the winding path can't be formed. Second, the planning and layout of scenic spots are greatly limited. The land in front of the important scenic spots such as Jiahe academy, three-phase Pavilion and Nanping palace is not open enough, so that the architectural layout and plant configuration are not reasonable. What's more important is that the original planning of the cultural landscape focus Tanzhong County site can't be implemented due to the limitation of land scale, and there is no place to build the stele Pavilion and Han Dynasty cultural relics exhibition room, which makes it impossible to realize the idea of Jiahe mountain as a landmark historical and cultural scenic spot of Han and Song Dynasties, and its historical and cultural connotation can't be highlighted. There are also hidden dangers that cannot be completely eliminated. It is understood that Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan is crowded before 10 o'clock every morning. It is estimated that the scenic area can only accommodate up to 8000 people, but there is a record of selling 9000 tickets a day. Moreover, the narrowest passage in the park is only 2 meters away from the mountain. In order to prevent falling rocks from hurting people, special personnel are required to inspect every day.
The expansion of Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan can not only further improve its beautiful and pleasant environment and enhance the image of Liuzhou City, but also help to highlight the cultural origin of Liuzhou and show the far-reaching influence of historical and cultural city context.
Therefore, in order to meet the desire of the community to expand the park construction land, increase the construction content, and improve the landscape environment quality, Liuzhou Municipal People's Congress and municipal government decided the implementation of the expansion project in the form of a motion in 2005 after many field visits and repeated discussions and demonstrations. In the same year, the project proposal, overall planning, project specific feasibility study report and other work of the expansion project were completed in full swing. Subsequently, the demolition work of the original site of the tobacco factory where the phase I expansion project is located was completed by the end of December 2005.
Expansion planning
The extension project will be organically combined with the built scenic spot and riverside park to connect the landscape, echo each other through the sight corridor, and highlight the natural landscape and landscape
Starting from the two major themes of human landscape, we will continue to display the Han culture of Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan as the origin, the Tang culture as the inheritance, the song culture as the symbol, and the Qing culture as the continuation of the historical and cultural construction style. We will further improve the functional layout, highlight all kinds of space features, increase the memorial square, the totem of Han culture, and the historical and cultural exhibition hall of the Seoul ruins, and make up for the weakness of the original opening In order to solve the problem that the first phase of the project failed to fully display the culture of the Han Dynasty, it is necessary to create a space with nostalgic and recreational characteristics.
The expansion area of Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan is 36000 square meters, of which the green area accounts for 67.3%. The expansion project is divided into Han culture square, history museum area and XiaoTaoYuan scenic area, which is constantly improved and enriched. According to the blueprint of XiaoTaoYuan Fu, it is planned to plant peach blossom around the foothills, reproduce the beautiful scenery of Taoyuan, and realize the fairyland of Taoyuan in ancient times. The initial budget of the whole expansion project is 250 million yuan.
It is understood that the expansion will focus on artificial water body and Han culture construction. The construction of Han culture square and History Museum area will improve the cultural theme of Han Dynasty and meet the needs of tourists' cultural exchange and festival activities; the construction of Linshui leisure area and XiaoTaoYuan scenic area will strive to create the artistic conception of "paradise". In the expanded XiaoTaoYuan, a series of activities such as poetry recitation, calligraphy, painting and Taolin food festival will be carried out to make it a fine cultural leisure park with profound culture and elegant style.
The built Jiahe XiaoTaoYuan scenic spot fully shows the historical and cultural construction style of Han culture as the origin, Tang culture as the inheritance, song culture as the symbol, and Qing culture as the continuation, with rich cultural landscape and elegant garden mood. The "Jiahe Linfeng Pavilion" on the top of the mountain has become one of the best scenic spots for a bird's-eye view of Liuzhou City, the largest copper mine in Guangxi
