Shengliang rock belongs to Tianyou peak scenic area, opposite to yunwo River and Wugang east-west, forming a trumpet shaped dome. On the north bank opposite to the dome, the peaks stand on the wall, and the laughter of tourists reverberates back and forth between the dome and the peak wall of the north bank for a long time. Hence the name of the sound rock.
Sound rock
Sound rock is located in the south of the river, standing near the water. It passes like this. The essence of Wuyishan's cliff carving is the 23 cliff inscriptions carved from the Southern Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. The most famous song inscription scholar Zhu Xi is "passing away". It tells people to cherish the value of time and reflect the beauty of simple philosophy.
brief introduction
Noise rock is opposite to yunwo across the stream. Because visitors can hear echoes when they call and laugh in front of the rock, it is also called "empty valley sound".
origin
There are many inscriptions on the rocks. Only Zhu Xi wrote three of them. Under the rock, there is a stone leaning against the Bank of the stream, which is called Moyu stone; on the right side of the rock, there is a stone named Laoya stone, which forms a dangerous beach in the stream, which is called Laoya beach. There are also two inscriptions of Zhu Xi's "Nine Songs · six songs" and "traveling with friends". Zhu Xi's inscriptions are so concentrated on one stone, which is unique in the country. There are also inscriptions on the rocks by Song Confucians Cai Kang, Zou Yinglong and Ming Confucians Zhan Ruoshui, which record the grand spread of song and Ming Neo Confucianism in Wuyishan. Xu Mengqi, Wu FengChen, a famous scholar of Yuan Dynasty, and Chen Sheng, a retired official of Ming Dynasty, came here to see the inscriptions of Zhu Xi's ink treasures, which are also listed in the rock carvings. Ji Sheng's stone carvings, such as "heaven on the mountain" and "one dust is not everywhere", urge people to take a boat ashore for a glimpse. The beauty of sound rock is that it can listen to the echo. In addition to experiencing the scene and reflecting the beauty of hearing, this paper also verifies Laozi's Taoist theory that "emptiness is nothingness, nothingness is nothingness" and "everything in the world comes from being, and being comes from nothingness". This is the ethereal beauty pursued by Taoism. It is a state of being detached from the world and indifferent to utility. The rock is opposite to Wugang in the East and West, forming a trumpet shaped dome. On the north bank opposite to the dome, the peaks stand on the wall, and the laughter of tourists reverberates back and forth between the dome and the peak wall of the north bank for a long time. Hence the name of the sound rock. Visitors here will shout a few times to experience the feeling of sound reverberation. In the Ming and Chen dynasties, stone carvings of "transmitting sound in an empty valley" were left on the cliff.
