Dongshan marble processing plant

At present, there are more than 300 marble processing plants in Hualien City, Taiwan Province. The stone withered artworks created by hualien city are of fine workmanship and various varieties. It is the marble products processing center of Taiwan Province and enjoys the reputation of "marble city". Hualien County, located in the east of Taiwan, is rich in mineral resources. Marble, serpentine, dolomite, crystal, nephrite, rose stone and so on are Hualien specialties. Local people "rely on mountains to eat mountains" to explore the deep processing of stone, stone art and stone withering works are well-known. Hualien International Stone withering art season has been held every two years since 1995. It aims to provide an opportunity for stone withering artists from all over the world to exchange ideas and improve local stone withering art level.
