Qu Yuan's hometown scenic spot is located in the new county seat of Zigui County, adjacent to the Three Gorges Dam, with a straight-line distance of 600 meters, covering an area of about 500 mu. Quyuan temple is an important part of the national cultural relic reserve. The original site of Quyuan temple is located at quyuantuo, Wuli East of Zigui city. It was built in the Tang Dynasty. It was renamed "Qinglie Temple" in the third year of Yuanfeng (1080 A.D.). In July 1976, due to the construction of Gezhouba Water conservancy project, it was moved to Guizhou and renamed "Quyuan Temple". Today, due to the construction of the Three Gorges Dam, the newly built Quyuan temple is located on the ridge of Fenghuang mountain, facing Southeast, opposite to the front of the Three Gorges dam.
