Chengjia Nature Reserve
Chengjia Provincial Nature Reserve is located in Chengjia Yao Township, more than 50 kilometers to the north-east of the county. It is adjacent to Hunan Province in the north and Ruyuan County in the East. National Highway 323 passes by. It's full of smoke, shade, ancient trees, streams, waterfalls, birds and animals. It's a kind of primitive forest.
Shikengkong, the main peak in the area, with an altitude of 1902 meters, is the highest peak in Guangdong Province, higher than zhurong peak in Nanyue. It has the reputation of "the first peak in the South sky" and "the roof of Guangdong". In this morning, you can see the sunrise, the sea of clouds, and in the evening, you can see the sunset and the red glow. The smell is much more spectacular than other places. It's very exciting and intoxicating. There are also magical "water hanging cave", majestic "Baizhang waterfall", vivid "Shilong drinking water" and interesting "Qun Tong Xi fo" and other natural landscapes in the area, all of which are indispensable beauty. The most famous one is called Jiagu road. This ancient mountain road runs through the mountains and is tens of kilometers long.
Chengjia nature reserve is located in the middle and lower reaches of Beijiang River in Guangdong Province. There is no cold winter, and the annual average temperature is 21.6 ℃. It is suitable for tourism all the year round. During the rainy season from April to October, the mountains are clear and the water is green, so it is the best tourist resort.
