Pipa Island

Pipa island is a river island in the Pearl River in the southeast of Guangzhou. It is named for its shape like pipa. It is surrounded by water, water and sky, morning light and evening glow, and has a myriad of sceneries. There are two mountains connected with the land of Pipa island. Pazhou tower is a giant tower standing in the middle of the island. It has a huge base and a rare image of tuotalis carved on the wall. The body of the tower is made of green bricks, with 17 layers, which is very spectacular.
