Wang Gang Shan

Wanggang mountain is located in the west of Dazhi Town, Qinbei District, with an area of 1637 hectares. Climbing on Wanggang mountain, Gaofeng can see the vast sea in the distance, the nearby cities can be seen faintly, and the qunling Chaozong is magnificent for thousands of years. In the scenic area, the streams are murmuring, clear and green, and the fish can be counted; the green mountains cover the green water, and the mountains and rivers complement each other. Beside the stream, there are dense forests, shady trees, bare rocks, beautiful pools and mountains, shoals and falling water everywhere, and flowing water flying into waterfalls. In 1995, it was approved as a provincial forest park.

Rare animals

There are black leaf monkey, leopard, red deer, red fox, wild boar, civet, pangolin, python, brown winged crow cuckoo, grey breasted bamboo chicken and other flying birds, especially the hornbill and Silver Pheasant.

Historic sites

There are former sites such as the anti Qing armed uprising led by Dr. Sun Yat sen in wanggangshan and the guerrilla base established by the Communist Party of China in wanggangshan. The film "hero tiger gall" takes the revolutionary struggle of wanggangshan as the material and shooting place.

Wanggang mountain has a unique landform and the style of virgin forest, and there are many kinds of rare animals and plants.
