There is a half moon shaped pond in front of the village, named Qingshuitang. After Mingshi was convicted, his family and people committed suicide in the pond, later known as "ghost pond". According to Dai's genealogy, the sixth ancestor of the Ming Dynasty, the Duke of Nanju, moved to live here. The heirs of calligraphy and calligraphy used "pen instead of ploughing and inkstone instead of field", so it was named Yanzhuang. Dai Mingshi was born here and spent most of his life. He once wrote an article about it in Yan Zhuang Ji. Dai Mingshi's former residence is in the north of the village. There are two original houses, five bays in front and five bays in back. After Mingshi was put into prison in 1711, the house was demolished and the foundation still existed.
