It is located in the west of the East Ring Road of Liuzhou hi tech Development Zone, adjacent to the CBD business center in the east of the river, about six kilometers away from the city center. In the East is malushan park with quiet environment, in the north is Lushan Huayuan residential area, in the southwest is Liujiang River with green waves, and in the three sides is connected with urban roads. Liuzhou sports center covers an area of 400 mu. In 1995, it has built a main stadium that can receive 35000 seats for international competitions, an outdoor track and field training ground, three football training grounds, and four light tennis courts that can carry out all day training, competition and entertainment. In the past two years, it has invested in the construction of a number of sports, fitness, leisure, entertainment and other ancillary facilities. In addition to the stadium that has been built and used, the sports center also carries out necessary greening and beautification for the whole center. In 2012, a unique 35 meter wide East Gate was built, with about 30000 square meters of pedestrian square, circular road and parking lot. The greening area accounts for about 10% of the total area, and then increases year by year, reaching the greening design requirements. Li Ning gymnasium is set up, designed and constructed in accordance with the construction standards of class a sports venues in China. It can hold international single event and domestic comprehensive sports events and artistic performances. Li Ning stadium is the stadium with the largest number of seats and the highest specification in Guangxi in 2012. It is preparing to hold the year-end finals of the International Badminton Federation at the end of the year. Liuzhou natatorium, with a total construction area of 15836.3 square meters and a construction area of 1.4 hectares, is equipped with a 50 × 25 meter standard competition swimming pool, a 25 × 25 meter standard competition training diving pool and a 50 meter 5 lane standard training pool, and 1257 seats. It is a class a natatorium that can undertake international and domestic competitions, and a training pool for swimming and diving competitions. Liuzhou natatorium, located in the northeast corner of the city's Sports Center, together with Li Ning gymnasium, basketball comprehensive training hall and the original sports center, constitutes a beautiful landscape of Liuzhou Sports Center in the future.
