For example, in a hunting picture of Sidaogou rock painting, many hunters on foot surrounded several bison and long horned deer. These bison and deer were strong and strong, with their tails raised to the horns. They were like trapped animals still fighting. So in addition to the hunters' quick archery, there were riders on the periphery to draw bows to prevent them from breaking through. On the right side, there were people shouting and cheering. In this group of rock paintings, there is also a large-scale scene of practicing martial arts, which can be called a large-scale activity scene. The whole picture is divided into upper, middle and lower layers, with more than 30 people. There are nine people in the upper level, two of them standing in a horizontal line, the second and third from the left with one hand akimbo, one hand stretched forward, the rest with both hands akimbo, as if watching the drill, while the first person in the team, standing in front of the target, holding bow and arrow, as if practicing archery; one person standing in the right rear, watching from a distance. In the middle layer, there are 12 people, 9 of whom stand in a horizontal line, all of them are left hand akimbo, right hand clenching fist to lift forward; the first person from the right, hand holding a dog; in front of the team, there are 2 people, in front of a target, one of them is doing martial arts exercises; in the far left side of the team, there is a person with one hand akimbo, as if in the distance. The characters in the middle layer seem to be practicing unarmed attack. There are nine people in the lower level, six of them in line. The first two of them do martial arts exercises, and the last one is watching with hands akimbo. These characters are of different sizes and different expressions, showing rich expressive power. The images and costumes of the characters in the whole picture have distinctive national characteristics and strong national customs. High pointed ornaments are erected on the top of the characters' heads. Some of them wear long skirts to girdle their waist and only show their feet; some of them wear short skirts to show their dexterity and lightness. In other dance scenes, enthusiastic people wear girdle robes and pinnate ornaments on their heads, fork their waist and raise their arms and twist their bodies , or group dance, or single solo dance, full of life interest. All these pictures truly reflect the life scenes of people in this area at that time.
