Basic introduction
Gesar is a legendary hero in Tibetan Folklore. Tibetans believe that he is the "son of God" who came to the world to subdue demons. Judging from the clan origin of Gesar, it is mentioned in almost all Gesar that Dawang is the son of dongsenlun, the descendant of Dongre chaganbu of mubudong's family in the four primitive Tibetan castes. In the old times, the Seda pastoral area was known as Wasu Seda. In the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, it was called "Wasu Baota". Wasu was the family of the leader of Seda. Shanglingchi is located in the upper jinshajin valley of Kang District, where the officials of shougongri and mangzhu lived in Goukou, namely dongsenlun of Ling state; zhonglingchi is located in Dake area in the East; xialingchi is located in duokangmar valley. The lingchi mentioned here is the head of ten thousand households and the head of three ten thousand soldiers. ". Grassland legend
Maergou is located in banma County, Qinghai Province, adjacent to Seda. According to King Gesar's biography "Ode to the region of Ling kingdom", there is a golden palace standing out from the rest of Hongyan. This is the residence of serbanibeng, one of the seven generals. Located in the southeast of Seda County, near the mountain and water, lush forest and rock peak, it is the residence of serbe nibondarya, the leader of the eight tribes of Shangling seerba. The Palace site is located in the northwest of the dam of Huoxi hydropower station. Now there is a pile of earth and stone with a height of more than 10 meters and a perimeter of 100 meters. Tiles have been found here in the past. This Palace site was identified by the late famous Gesar votsang master zhongdui nimajangxia before he was born. He said that general Nibang's grazing grassland was near Zhuri mountain in summer, and he moved to Huoxi Township in winter due to cold weather. Later, several Gesar scholars identified this site as the site of Nibang palace.
Historical legend
According to legend, King gezining was the mortal enemy of general nibun at that time. King zining lived in geduodai, Yuke, Daofu county. Once, King gezining sent troops to drive away the horses of general Nibang. After learning about it, nibun immediately organized the horse team of the eighth division of Shangling to pursue the horse robber. There was an arrow fight between the two sides in zongmai area. When Prince Dan, the general of Ling state, subdued the nine goats, the soul of King gezining, the ferocious nine goats made a big gap with their horns to form a small mountain pass in wengda town. After burying the sheep in the ground, Prince Dan drew a pagoda with an arrowhead to commemorate the victory of Ling Kingdom, which is still visible today. King Gesar's biography "chamendongzong" refers to this incident.
There were also four ministers living in the four corners of the country. The eastern minister Jitang Zhaxi raodeng is a native of wengda Town, and his residence site is near wengda Ji'er temple. The younger minister jiega'er, bamadanzhen, is a native of Xuri. Jiega'er is a clan of Xuri in the past, and there are many descendants of this clan today. The housing site of bamadanzhen is in the northwest of wengda Town, and some local farmers also hold sacrificial activities once a year, and collect earth and stone from the site There are many prayer flags on the pile.
It is said that senhuaduoji living Buddha of gasang temple in Xinlong County, which was dead before liberation, was the reincarnation of general Nibang. Once upon a time, when the living Buddha senhuaduoji passed by the nanshanliang of the site of sidanibeng palace, the rain was over and the sky was clear. The colorful flowers on the grassland were like shepherd girls sending songs in the dark, and they all showed up to peep at the beautiful sun. The Pinghu Lake in the memory of Senhua Duoji living Buddha is rippling, and suddenly reminds me of a past life. So he preached to the attendants, "my previous life lived in this area. Once when I came to the ridge, I saw Li Qiong Yuye Zhuoma, a beautiful girl in the mountain country, herding here. Her pure beauty was like a sharp milk bucket hook, which caught my soul deeply, so I couldn't help walking to her side and playing with her for a long time. Unexpectedly, I snatched her silver ring and hid it quietly Under the big stone. When we broke up, the ring was not returned to her. It was still hidden there, and I forgot about it later. Today, let's see if the ring is still there. As soon as the servants remove the stone, they find the ring It is said that the ring has been worn on the living Buddha ever since.
In March 1962, Sala cuozhi, the deceased vice chairman of the Political Consultative Conference of yuanseda County, went to Kangding for treatment. When he returned to the county, because the bus broke down, he stopped near the site of the great general's palace. Soon after the living Buddha got out of the car, an iron arrow fell from his hand. Dawa, who took care of him, was very surprised and asked what was the matter. The living Buddha said with a smile that it was the divine arrow of Yuema, Minister of the state of mountains. The arrow is still treasured in the living Buddha's home, and some Gesar experts and scholars have witnessed it with their own eyes. The length of the arrow is about one meter. The body of the arrow is made of bronze. The feather of the arrow is an ultra-thin metal sheet originally on the arrow. It is said that the original secret mantra on the arrow disappeared a few days later. This kind of Gesar excavation is also rare in the whole Tibetan area. In the 1970s, it was near the site of the palace of the great general of Nibang. During the first construction of Huoxi power station in Seda County, armor and sword made of iron ring were found in the rock, which were collected in the county cultural museum. In the 1980s, tuluo living Buddha, vice chairman of yuanseda County CPPCC and Gesar scholar, held a grand Gesar tobacco ceremony every year at the site of the Royal Palace, which gave new vitality to this long-standing legend, and also meant the re confirmation of the site of the royal palace. Not far from here, there is a mountain in nieke valley of Huoxi Township, which is called a Jia holy mountain by local people. They hold sacrificial activities to the mountain every year. It is said that this is the residence of general abenweiyepanda, the chief tribe of the Ling kingdom. At the foot of the mountain is the site of the Royal Palace, and the holy mountain is the back mountain of the palace of general a Ben, hence the name a Jia holy mountain.
