Rehe is located in Chengde East provincial government street. At the beginning of its construction, it was the Yamen in charge of qingrehe. In the third year of Qianlong (1738), it changed the general capital system into the Deputy capital system, and in the 15th year of Jiaqing (1810), it was upgraded to the capital system. Rehedo governs Chengde Prefecture and Inner Mongolia Zhaowuda, zhuosootu two leagues. The government of Rehe Province, which was established in 1914, is still here. Today, the buildings in the Department are basically in good condition. There is a large screen wall outside the hall. There are rooms for the hall, the hall, the second Hall and the third hall. After the third hall, it was the inner residence of Dutong. In the west is the flower hall, and in the East are some subsidiary bodies. It is one of the few senior officials of Qing Dynasty in China, with high historical value and cultural relic value.
