Altun mountain exploration area

Altun nature reserve is the largest mountain Wildlife Nature Reserve in China. It is surrounded by mountains, lakes and many wild animals. It is known as "natural zoo". There are many kinds of modern glaciers, plateau lakes and plateau deserts in the reserve. MUZTAG peak, 7323 meters above sea level, is an ideal place for mountaineers. In the deep mountains and dense forests, you can see snow leopards catching mice and rabbits, argali fighting fiercely for their spouses, golden eagles circling down from the sky, catching pheasants flying high into the sky, and wild camels, Tibetan wild donkeys, wild yaks, Tibetan antelopes, argali and red deer strolling leisurely along the river in the moonlight.
