Zongpeng Garden
Located at the intersection of yeting road and Anyi road in the center of Baoying County, zongfuyuan was originally a private garden of Qiao Lai, a Jinshi of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty. It is famous for its lotus scenery. Before the Ming Dynasty, it was a Wangtang, with Songjing River in the South and Songgang in the north. In the middle of Ming Dynasty, Hu family of Baoying built another villa in Huachuan, which was abandoned at the end of Ming Dynasty. In 1688, in the 27th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, Qiao Lai built a vertical garden on the former site.
development
This garden has a lot of interest in the wild. Pavilions, many scenic spots, has attracted many scholars and celebrities to chant poems and Fu, to this quiet and elegant water garden
Lin Dajia appreciated it. A hundred years later, Qiao's family declined, and zongfuyuan was transformed into Huachuan academy, becoming the highest institution of learning in Baoying at that time. During the Anti Japanese War, it was destroyed by war. After liberation, the garden and Baoying county middle school were rebuilt in the original site. It's called people's Park. In 1982, the people's Government of Baoying County restored its original name to retain its traditional characteristics, and continued to expand and renovate it. Today, it is located in the center of the city, at the intersection of yeting road and Anyi Road, covering an area of 68 mu.
origin
During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, Qiao Lai, an official of the Imperial Academy, was dissatisfied with his dirty official career. After returning home from office, he built a private garden, named zongfuyuan, which was used to study, recite poetry and paint. In the middle of Qing Dynasty, his descendants donated jianhuachuan Academy. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, it was changed into Anyi school and public education center. Later, it was occupied by the Japanese army and the gardens were destroyed. After liberation, the garden was renovated by the local government, and was named Baoying County People's Park. Until 1982, it was restored to its original name, zongfuyuan.
There is a plaque on the top of the gate, inscribed by Zhao Puchu, the former president of China Buddhist Association. On both sides of the gate, there are a pair of white and majestic stone lions. It is said that in the early years, there was a tofu shop in the north of the city. The owner made two bottles of tofu brain every night for the next day's sale. In the morning, the owner always saw a jar of tofu brain "evaporate" inexplicably. It's really strange. In order to find out the reason of "evaporation", the owner of the shop quietly hid behind the VAT late at night to watch the situation. At dawn, when the stars were fading away, we saw two giants floating in the air, their forepaws lying on the mouth of the jar, devouring the bean curd. Seeing this, the owner of the shop used all his strength, picked up the iron bar and smashed it at two monsters. One of the monsters was hit by the front paw and ran away with a roar. The next morning, the owner of the shop found a stone lion's front paw beside the jar. After searching the city, he found that there was a stone lion in front of the gate of Mount Tai hall, and one of its front paws was missing. During the cultural revolution, Taishan hall was destroyed, and a pair of stone lions in front of the gate were buried underground to protect them. Later, due to the opening of yeting Road, the road builders found two stone lions in good condition in the road construction on the west side of the gate of the original BAOYING middle school. When they moved them to the gate of zongfuyuan, they were the treasures of the town.
scenery
Enter the garden gate, but see the pines hidden Pavilion, pavilion reflection, Bihe fragrance, willow whirling, pleasing to the eye. Across the winding corridor, there is a stone bridge across the Qingxi River, and rockery stands face to face. Not far from the west is a pavilion for visitors to have a rest and enjoy the scenery in the garden. Turning north is the famous Babao Pavilion. ?
Babao Pavilion is high and dignified. The original site was on the Bank of Debao River in South Street of the county. It was moved here in 1983. From the Babao Pavilion westbound, across the arch bridge, is a small island in the Qi family. Qiwang Pavilion, also known as Zhushen Hejing hall, is built in the island. In Qi Wang's attic, there are ink marks left by literati when they get together for tourists to enjoy, or to taste tea, or to splash ink. The scenery is warm and elegant. Wisteria blossoms in front of the hall. There are pine, bamboo, plum and willow trees all around. ?
In the north of Babao Pavilion, there is a rockery of lake and stone. It is exquisitely carved and the caves are quiet. Visitors here or climb "cliff" climbing, or across the water stone pier, enjoy. Further north, there is a Huangshi rockery, named Jiansong Pavilion, on which stands a hexagonal double eaves. In the south-west of Qi Jiawang, where the clear water is magnificent, there are imitation white jade railings on both sides. In the north, there is "picturesque scenery", which is an antique building.
story
In Ming Dynasty, qijiawang was once a reed pond. There lived a family named Qi beside the pond. On the wedding night of the eldest son of the Qi family, he saw his guests back and fell into the water. The bride was so sad that she wrote a poem: "although the tiger painting has not been spotted, it's hard for a couple to spend a night. Before the sound of joy has moved and the sound of sorrow has moved, the greeting guests will come to visit. The peacock's front lamp is dim, and the mandarin duck's pillow is full of tears. I have never known my son's husband before, and I have never been known in the world. After that, the bride also threw herself into the water to die for the festival. In 1762, Emperor Qianlong visited BAOYING for the third time. He was deeply moved when he heard about the sacrifice of the bride of the Qi family, so he wrote a poem: "it's unusual for a martyr not to see her face her stephusband. White hair is still greedy for the evening scenery. How can youth give up the red makeup? The soul travels to the earth, and the bones are buried in the mountains. I never shed tears easily. I only set up a code for the future. " At that time, Qiao Lai, the owner of the garden, often rowed with his relatives and friends in the lake, enjoying tea, talking about the past and the present, sometimes singing poems, sometimes holding hands and singing. Wang Shidan, the number one scholar, once wrote a poem in the garden: "among them, he will be a little immortal, and a crane will call his wife down the Pengqiao bridge."

Appendix: notes of Zong Bu Garden
When I read the stone forest of Qiao Jun, I returned to Baitian and got the open land in the northeast corner of the city. I thought it was a garden. There is water inside and outside the garden. Those who think of water are thought to be *, because they think they are the canal, the flat is the pond, the song is the river, the excited are the springs, and the others are the ponds and the marsh. More than ten mu of lotus roots are planted in the water, while Hibiscus is dried and Luosheng is planted in the water. Anti soil for the mountain, mountain mixed Shisong, Tongliu, plum to more than 200, Guibai, peach and plum countless. There is a hall near the water, which is called "bamboo deep lotus net hall". There is a pavilion in the center of the water, which is called "ear washing". A pavilion covered with water is called Jiansong. There is a bridge to cut off water, which is called "Jinba". No stones, no fish, no houses. All the carving and painting habits are gone. It's all naive. It's too simple. It's beautiful to look at. You go to the garden for more than half a mile. After lunch, you often come to the garden by boat to patrol flowers and fruits, teach children, cut water, fix tea and burn incense, touch pines and caress cranes, and dance for a long time. If you have a good guest, stay. When the Qin and the chess are playing, the cup is swimming. Water is the rarest thing to build a garden. Water can't be strong and stored by human force. If it stops, it will be turbid. If it leaks, it will be dry. This place is in the city, where there are living water. It's deep and dry. It's easy for a garden to win, but it's easy for a garden to be happy and forget to return. When I was in the capital, I found that the palace was very beautiful. Strange stones, Pansong, rare birds and flowers, all of which can be cultivated, but only suffer from inexhaustible water. Black dragon pool is a famous scenic spot. I don't know that the water in my hometown is all Haopu. However, the literati and bureaucrats who lived in Haojue had few days to live in. They often had no time to work in the garden, or they went back to Chengxing to manage it. They came out of the garden before it was completed, and some of them never came back. Even if the land wins and the master can't have it, it's sad enough! It's not your good fortune to have a leisurely and leisurely time! However, I can't forget it from the world. I'm in the river and lake, and I'm in love with Wei que. Although the scenery is present, there are always some cities that are not complacent. Today, you are quiet and self-sufficient. If you are not bored, you will live forever. Although Gai Jun's body is not as good as his own, he is a native of the country, and his voice is simple. He is not ashamed and shameless. He is different from other people who go to his country, so he is happy. I believe in suziyuan and love the secluded forest, but Jiajun can enjoy it, so I write.
