In July 1998, Microsoft issued the license and certificate to SJ, and approved SJ as the first authorized training center of Microsoft in Anhui Province.

In October 1998, Autodesk of the United States issued the authorization card and authorization certificate to Shijie, and approved Shijie as the authorized training sub center of Autodesk, which is the first authorized training sub center of Autodesk in Anhui Province.

1999

On March 9, 1999, the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China issued the No.9 document of jiaoshijiao Zi, which approved Shijie as the "national computer application technology certificate examination (NIT) training institution". This is the first and only nit training institution and examination site in Anhui Province which has been under the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China so far.
