In fact, you misunderstood the name. This mountain is called Wugongshan, but its real name is Wugongshan. I asked my grandfather that year. That was when I was in high school, because the Chinese teacher Zhu Daozhen assigned a after-school problem. Before that time, I always thought it was centipede mountain, because there were many centipedes on this mountain. But my grandfather said that our village used to be the place where a group of Wu family lived, and our Fang ancestors fled to this place (which can be found in the village's genealogy). Later, the group of Wu people moved away, and our ancestors occupied the place and settled down. So the mountain was named after the surname of Wu, which is the origin of Wugong mountain!

Current situation of Wugongshan

Wu Gongshan used to be very good-looking. Of course, it's also good today! However, in the early nineties, because it was still nothing to do with the opening of the mountain (it was still young at that time, it was estimated that it was four or five years old). Most of the big trees in the eastern part of the mountain were cut down, and only the part close to the central part in the West and East was relatively dense. But there are still some big trees in the East, just not many! Especially in winter, it's very beautiful from the entrance of the village. Have a chance to draw a picture, you see!
