Qiaowaterfall group scenic spot is located in the west of Fuping County, at the junction of Shanxi and Hebei provinces. At present, there are 6000 mu of Larch planted artificially on baicaotuo. This pine forest is under the jurisdiction of tuoliangshan state-owned forest farm. Since the founding of new China, the largest one has been thick, just like bamboo poles, blocking the sky and the sun. In addition, there are 70000 mu of primary secondary forest with birch as the main tree species. Experts believe that this is a rare and large primary secondary forest in North China Forest.

Because of the high altitude and special climate, there are still hundreds of kinds of Chinese herbal medicines. The top of the mountain is broad and flat, and the grass is quiet. There are many flowers, such as Trollius, Lilium and so on.

After enjoying the beautiful natural scenery and wonderful celestial landscape on the top of the mountain, who could have imagined that baicaotuo, which was a battle field between the Jin army and the Fengjun army in 1927, was once covered with corpses on the "dead man's slope" in 1927, and the remains of the air raid shelter dug by Yan Xishan became the shelter for today's people.
