Chongqing Sichuan Opera Museum
Chongqing Sichuan Opera Museum is located at No.2 Renhe Jinshan Avenue, Yubei District, Chongqing. The past and present of Sichuan opera development can be seen in Chongqing Sichuan Opera Museum. There are not only the ancient stage of Ming and Qing Dynasties rebuilt in different places, but also many precious costumes.
Exhibition Profile
The museum is divided into four exhibition areas: wonderful flowers in the art garden, rich soil in Bashu, Yinghua of Sichuan Opera and charm of Bayu. There are more than 500 pictures and nearly 1000 objects on display.
In the hall of the exhibition hall, there is a splendid ancient stage of Ming and Qing Dynasties. The stage is a cultural relic reconstructed from other places. All the parts are original. The wood carvings on the stage are painted with gold paint again. The golden light is flashing, showing the prosperity and glory of the stage.
There are nearly 1000 objects on display in the museum, most of which are donated by Sichuan Opera lovers. Among them is a precious fur coat.

In order to let the audience more truly feel the charm of Sichuan Opera, Chongqing Sichuan Opera Museum is adding interactive facilities. A huge touch screen will be added in the museum. As long as you click the name of the play on it, hundreds of classic operas sung by famous Sichuan opera artists will be sung through sound equipment.
An interactive area will be set up behind the museum exhibition hall to build a huge old stage. At that time, the audience can go to the stage and have a trick addiction.
